【摘要】:黃花菜是祁東的傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢產業(yè),祁東黃花菜產業(yè)在過去三十多年來完成了前期的迅速發(fā)展,是祁東三大經濟作物之一,為祁東的經濟發(fā)展做出了巨大的貢獻。本文以祁東黃花菜產業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為研究對象,運用企業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略理論,從分析祁東黃花菜產業(yè)發(fā)展的內外部環(huán)境,對黃花菜生產、加工企業(yè)所處的宏觀市場環(huán)境和行業(yè)背景進行調查,主要利用SWOT分析工具總結優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會和威脅,提出來祁東黃花菜產業(yè)未來十年的發(fā)展目標。研究認為祁東黃花菜產業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想是:整合產業(yè)內部外部資源要素,調整產品結構,創(chuàng)新加工技術,提高深加工水準,建立全國一流,甚至世界一流的黃花菜品牌。該戰(zhàn)略指導思想的出發(fā)點在于系統(tǒng)全面的分析黃花菜生產加工企業(yè)的內外部資源條件。順應創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的趨勢,在企業(yè)管理理念方面加深對市場競爭的理解,以求實現企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標。戰(zhàn)略目標:未來十年的發(fā)展目標包括整合資源,實現經營體制改革,運用集團化經營模式,增強企業(yè)競爭力;以湖南黃花菜市場為據點,積極開拓全國市場,加強品牌建設,打造一流祁東黃花菜產業(yè)地域品牌;推動技術創(chuàng)新,改善加工工藝,建立健全行業(yè)質量安全監(jiān)管機制;與黃花菜相關行業(yè)保持聯(lián)動,調整產業(yè)結構,逐步形成以黃花菜食品、黃花菜飲料、黃花菜保健品、黃花菜具、黃花菜機械生產、黃花菜旅游等為發(fā)展方向的多元化產業(yè)發(fā)展格局,打造黃花菜產業(yè)群?傊,本文從戰(zhàn)略思想、戰(zhàn)略目標、戰(zhàn)略重點、戰(zhàn)略決策四個角度對祁東黃花菜產業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行論述。最后從通過完善黃花菜產業(yè)價值鏈,推動祁東黃花菜產業(yè)結構升級,形成多元化產業(yè)集群化發(fā)展模式。從企業(yè)文化、人力資源管理、融資策略、技術創(chuàng)新、市場營銷、以及黃花菜文化六大方面論述祁東黃花菜產業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的執(zhí)行保障措施。本文研究的目的希望通過對祁東縣黃花菜產業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究,以便祁東縣黃花菜產業(yè)發(fā)展過程中自然條件、發(fā)展基礎、文化資源等優(yōu)勢條件得到有效利用,為祁東縣黃花菜產業(yè)又好又快的發(fā)展提供一定的支持和借鑒,尤其是為祁東縣黃花菜產業(yè)發(fā)展提供有益的思路,促進祁東縣黃花菜產業(yè)實現新的發(fā)展和突破。通過構建祁東黃花菜產業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略體系,以期對祁東當地黃花菜產業(yè)大規(guī)模綜合開發(fā)的可行性以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供有益的理論經驗。
[Abstract]:Yellow lily is a traditional dominant industry in Qidong. In the past 30 years, the industry of yellow lily in Qidong has developed rapidly and is one of the three major cash crops in Qidong. Qidong has made a great contribution to the economic development. This paper takes the sustainable development strategy of Qidong yellow lily industry as the research object, applies the theory of enterprise competition strategy, and analyzes the internal and external environment of the development of Qidong yellow lily industry. To investigate the macroscopical market environment and industry background of the production and processing enterprises of yellow lily, we mainly use SWOT analysis tools to summarize the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats. Put forward the Qidong lily industry development goals in the next ten years. The study thinks that Qidong yellow lily industry development strategy is: integrate the internal and external resource elements of the industry, adjust the product structure, innovative processing technology. Improve the level of deep processing, establish a national first-class. Even the world-class yellow lily brand. The starting point of the strategic guiding ideology is to analyze the internal and external resource conditions of the lily production and processing enterprises in a systematic and comprehensive way, and to conform to the trend of innovation and development. In the aspect of enterprise management, we should deepen the understanding of market competition in order to realize the goal of sustainable development of enterprises. The strategic goal: the development goal of the next ten years includes integrating resources and realizing the reform of management system. To strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises by using the management mode of collectivization; Take Hunan yellow lily market as the stronghold, actively open up the national market, strengthen the brand construction, create the first-class Qidong lily industry regional brand; To promote technological innovation, improve processing technology, and establish and improve the quality and safety supervision mechanism of the industry; Maintain the linkage with the relevant industries, adjust the industrial structure, and gradually form the production of lily food, lily beverage, yellow lily health products, yellow lily utensils, and lily machinery production. Yellow lily tourism for the development of diversified industrial development pattern, to create a yellow lily industry cluster. In short, this paper from the strategic thinking, strategic objectives, strategic focus. From the four angles of strategic decision, the paper discusses the development strategy of the lily industry in Qidong. Finally, it promotes the upgrading of the industrial structure of the yellow lily in Qidong by perfecting the value chain of the industry. Form a diversified industrial cluster development model. From corporate culture, human resources management, financing strategy, technological innovation, marketing. As well as the six aspects of the culture of yellow lily to discuss the implementation of the Qidong lily industry development strategy, the purpose of this study is to study the Qidong County lily industry development strategy. In order to Qidong County yellow lily industry development process of natural conditions, development basis, cultural resources and other advantages of the effective use of Qidong County for the good and rapid development of the lily industry to provide certain support and reference. Especially for the Qidong County yellow lily industry development to provide useful ideas to promote the Qidong County yellow lily industry to achieve new development and breakthrough through the construction of Qidong lily industry development strategy system. In order to provide useful theoretical experience for the feasibility of large-scale comprehensive development and sustainable development of local yellow lily industry in Qidong.
