【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)文明的不斷發(fā)展,人與自然的關(guān)系也是愈演愈烈。近些年來(lái),人與自然的關(guān)系就是人類(lèi)生存與發(fā)展的基本問(wèn)題,其越來(lái)越緊張化成為我們現(xiàn)如今的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。從不斷出現(xiàn)的文獻(xiàn)資料和科學(xué)論斷我們看到,對(duì)于綠色投資我們已經(jīng)取得了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步,但隨著人類(lèi)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,還將會(huì)在發(fā)展的“新時(shí)期”碰上“新問(wèn)題”,對(duì)學(xué)科研究也提出了更高要求,對(duì)綠色投資的探索不會(huì)停止。當(dāng)代社會(huì)越來(lái)越強(qiáng)調(diào)經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。在這樣的一種大形勢(shì)下,發(fā)展新型經(jīng)濟(jì),不再把經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展一味的以犧牲環(huán)境為代價(jià)的研究趨勢(shì)是勢(shì)不可擋的。本文研究綠色投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,結(jié)合河北省實(shí)際,以平山縣葫蘆峪現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)基地的“葫蘆峪模式”為例,在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的大背景下,探索綠色投資帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新模式。文中貫穿定性與定量分析相結(jié)合、理論與實(shí)際分析相結(jié)合、整體與局部相結(jié)合的方法,先對(duì)綠色投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的理論研究做了充分說(shuō)明,接著對(duì)河北省尤其是平山縣葫蘆峪地區(qū)的投資模式和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入討論,詳細(xì)總結(jié)“葫蘆峪模式”對(duì)河北省其他山地地區(qū)甚至全國(guó)類(lèi)似地區(qū)社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)等方面的啟示,最后以點(diǎn)帶面,提出對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)綠色投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相協(xié)調(diào)的對(duì)策。本文通過(guò)具體實(shí)例分析提出的相關(guān)問(wèn)題及政策建議填充了河北省山區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)綠色投資方面的研究,同時(shí)本文在葫蘆峪相關(guān)成果總結(jié)和推廣上具有一定的借鑒意義。文中特別提出綠色投資對(duì)一個(gè)地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的帶動(dòng)情況,不僅僅是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的帶動(dòng),綠色投資同時(shí)對(duì)解決社會(huì)問(wèn)題,提升人們幸福生活水平具有很好的作用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of industrial civilization, the relationship between man and nature is also growing. In recent years, the basic problem of the relationship between man and nature is human survival and development, it has become more and more tense we now issue. We see from the emergence of literature and scientific judgment, for green investment we have made great progress, but with the development of human society, also will be in the development of the "new era" with "new problems", also put forward higher requirements on the academic research and exploration of the green investment will not stop. When the generation of the society more and more emphasis on economic and environmental sustainable development. In a situation like this under the new economic development, the economic development is no longer blindly at the expense of the environment as the research trend. The price is a trend which cannot be halted green investment and economic coordinated development of this study, combined with the river The northern province, in Pingshan County Yu modern agriculture development base "Yu model" as an example, in the background of China's economic development, explore a new model of green investment to promote economic development. In this paper, through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, theoretical and practical analysis of combination of global and local methods the combination of the first theoretical study of green investment and economic coordinated development as well, then in Hebei Province, especially the investment mode and the economic development situation of Pingshan gourd valley area were discussed. A detailed summary of "Yu mode" in Hebei province and other similar areas in mountain area and even the national society, economy and ecology other aspects of the enlightenment, finally to put forward countermeasures of China's agricultural green investment and economic development in harmony. This thesis analysis puts forward related problems and policy suggestions to fill Study on agriculture in Hebei province green investment, at the same time, this paper has a certain significance in Yu related achievement and promotion. The paper presents the green investment to drive the economic development of a region, not only economic growth, green investment and at the same time to solve social problems, has a very good role raise people's happy life.
