【摘要】：土地是財富之母,土地作為農民進行農業(yè)生產的基本生產資料,是農民收入來源的重要依托。家庭聯產承包責任制實施至今雖然取得很大成就,但是以家庭經營為主的傳統經營方式弊端日益顯現,農民種糧收入難以實現有效增長。[目的]為了達到農村土地適度規(guī)模經營,調整農村產業(yè)結構、促進農民增收、加快小城鎮(zhèn)建設等目的。[方法]通過選取產糧大縣公主嶺市為研究對象,利用實地調研數據對不同土地經營規(guī)模下的種糧成本及利潤水平進行比較,并運用c-D生產函數對數據進行多元線性回歸分析。[結果]從種植成本來看,5~20hm~2中等經營規(guī)模投入的綜合成本低于5hm~2以下小規(guī)模和20hm~2以上大規(guī)模經營;從利潤來看,5~20hm~2中等經營規(guī)模無論是自有承包地還是轉包地所獲得的每667m~2平均利潤均高于小規(guī)模和大規(guī)模的經營規(guī)模。[結論]公主嶺市農戶土地經營面積為5~20hm~2的中規(guī)模優(yōu)于其他土地經營規(guī)模。同時運用多元線性回歸模型分析其對農戶種糧收入的影響程度,進一步證實土地經營規(guī)模對農民種糧收入具有積極促進作用。從而提出推進公主嶺市土地適度規(guī)模經營的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Land is the mother of wealth, the basic means of production land as farmers for agricultural production, is an important basis for the peasants' income. The household contract responsibility system has made great achievements, but the traditional mode of operation of the household based disadvantages appear, the income of grain farmers to achieve effective growth. In order to achieve the moderate scale management of rural land, the adjustment of rural industrial structure, promote the increase of farmers' income, speeding up the construction of small towns to Gongzhuling city. Method: through the selection of major grain producing counties as the research object, compares the research data of different land management scale of grain cost and profit level, and use the c-D production function of multivariate linear regression the results of analysis. From the cost of planting, the comprehensive cost of 5~20hm~ 2 and other business scale investment in small scale and less than 5hm~2 20hm~ More than 2 large-scale business; from the profit point of view, 5~20hm~ 2 scale both its own contract or subcontract to the average profit per 667m~2 was higher than that of small scale and large scale. Conclusion Gongzhuling city land management area of 5~20hm~2 is better than the other in the scale of land management scale. At the same time using the multivariate linear regression model analyze the impact of the income of grain farmers, further confirmed the scale of land management has a positive effect on the income of grain farmers. Thus put forward Gongzhuling city land appropriate scale of countermeasures.
