【摘要】：近年來,饒陽縣的蔬菜龍頭企業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,出現(xiàn)了不同的組織運(yùn)營模式,總結(jié)分析蔬菜企業(yè)組織運(yùn)營模式特點(diǎn),對于提高蔬菜企業(yè)的經(jīng)營效益,推動饒陽縣蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文通過對饒陽縣11家蔬菜龍頭企業(yè)進(jìn)行典型調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)所有被調(diào)查蔬菜企業(yè)組織運(yùn)行模式共有三種形式,分別為“企業(yè)+農(nóng)戶”型、“企業(yè)+合作社+農(nóng)戶”型、契約型組織運(yùn)營模式。通過深入的調(diào)查分析,確定以眾悅農(nóng)業(yè)科技股份有限公司、綠科蔬菜種植技術(shù)推廣服務(wù)有限公司和冠志農(nóng)業(yè)科技有限公司作為典型案例,分析三種不同組織運(yùn)營模式的特點(diǎn)及運(yùn)行規(guī)律。本文首先系統(tǒng)介紹了饒陽縣蔬菜企業(yè)組織運(yùn)營模式發(fā)展的研究背景及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于組織運(yùn)營模式發(fā)展的研究成果和相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了整理與總結(jié)。結(jié)合饒陽縣蔬菜龍頭企業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況,在數(shù)據(jù)整理、歸納的基礎(chǔ)上,分析比較了三個(gè)企業(yè)的員工基本情況、產(chǎn)品銷售渠道、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、社會經(jīng)濟(jì)效果、外部經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、利益分配機(jī)制等,提煉出了三種運(yùn)營模式各自的優(yōu)勢與劣勢:眾悅公司的優(yōu)勢為企業(yè)利益分配機(jī)制完善,劣勢為缺少企業(yè)與農(nóng)戶之間聯(lián)系的媒介;綠科公司的優(yōu)勢為產(chǎn)業(yè)化水平高,劣勢為科技水平不高;冠志公司的優(yōu)勢為農(nóng)戶的收益有了穩(wěn)定保障,劣勢為忽視品牌宣傳。通過對三大組織運(yùn)營模式發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣勢進(jìn)行分析,得出了本文的結(jié)論:政府的扶持力度對企業(yè)發(fā)展起到了至關(guān)重要的作用,同時(shí)利益分配機(jī)制影響著農(nóng)戶的收益、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平影響著企業(yè)的運(yùn)營管理方式、品牌形象的傳播影響著企業(yè)知名度。并依據(jù)此結(jié)論提出了完善企業(yè)三種組織運(yùn)營模式發(fā)展的對策建議:健全利益聯(lián)結(jié)機(jī)制,建立知名的蔬菜品牌,強(qiáng)化企業(yè)的加工能力,加大政府的扶持力度。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于采用了專項(xiàng)對比及綜合對比對饒陽縣蔬菜龍頭企業(yè)三種不同的組織運(yùn)營模式進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),深入研究與總結(jié)了三種運(yùn)營模式各自的優(yōu)勢與劣勢。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Raoyang County vegetables enterprises rapid development, the emergence of different organization operation mode, analysis on characteristics of organization operation mode to improve the vegetable vegetable enterprise, the business efficiency of enterprise, has important significance to promote the healthy development of vegetable industry in Raoyang county. This paper through the typical survey of 11 vegetable enterprises in Raoyang County, found that all investigation of operation pattern of enterprises there are three kinds of vegetables, respectively "enterprise + farmer", "enterprise + cooperative + farmer" organization, operation mode of contract type. Through in-depth investigation and analysis, to determine the Zhongyue agricultural Polytron Technologies Inc, green vegetable planting technology promotion service Co. Ltd. Wacom Chi agricultural science and technology company as a typical case, the analysis of the characteristics and operation rules of three different organizations operating mode. This paper firstly introduces Raoyang County Vegetable Enterprises Research background and research status of operation mode of development organization, research on the operation mode of development organizations at home and abroad and the related literatures were collected and summarized. Combined with the actual situation of the development of leading enterprises of vegetables in Raoyang County, in the collation of data, summarized on the basis of analysis and comparison of the basic situation of the three employees product sales channels, technological innovation, social and economic effect, the external economic environment, interest distribution mechanism, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of operation mode respectively: Zhongyue company advantage for the enterprise benefit allocation mechanism, the disadvantages of the lack of connection between enterprises and farmers of the media; green branch company advantage industry high level, inferior to the technical level is not high; Guan Zhi's advantage as the income of the farmers have the disadvantage of ignoring security, brand promotion. By three the organization operation mode of development Show the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The conclusions drawn in this paper: the government's efforts to support a crucial role in the development of the enterprise, and the interest distribution mechanism affects the income of the farmers, industry development level affects the enterprise operation and management mode, the spread of brand image affects the enterprise visibility. And on the basis of this conclusion is put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the enterprise operation mode of three kinds of organization development: perfect the benefit mechanism, establishing a famous brand of vegetables, enhance the processing capacity of enterprises, increase the government's support. The innovation of this paper lies in using a special comparison and comprehensive comparison of Raoyang county vegetable enterprises three different operation models were analyzed and summarized further, research and summed up the three kinds of operation mode of their respective advantages and disadvantages.
