【摘要】：運(yùn)用ELES模型對(duì)不同保障策略下的農(nóng)戶(hù)所進(jìn)行的分析表明,只參加社會(huì)保障這一策略對(duì)農(nóng)戶(hù)增加食品、衣著與教育等方面的消費(fèi)有促進(jìn)作用,對(duì)農(nóng)戶(hù)醫(yī)療保健起到的保障作用有限。而既參加社會(huì)保障又購(gòu)買(mǎi)商業(yè)保險(xiǎn),則可有效促進(jìn)農(nóng)戶(hù)家庭設(shè)備方面的消費(fèi),同時(shí),對(duì)農(nóng)戶(hù)的醫(yī)療保健也能起到較強(qiáng)的保障作用。建議加大社會(huì)保障資金與財(cái)政性教育投入,合理配置教育資源,繼續(xù)推進(jìn)"家電下鄉(xiāng)"政策并加大監(jiān)管力度,對(duì)農(nóng)戶(hù)購(gòu)買(mǎi)相關(guān)具有保障功能的商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)品種提供財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼。
[Abstract]:The analysis of farmers under different security strategies by using ELES model shows that only participating in social security strategy can promote farmers' consumption of food, clothing and education. The health care of farmers plays a limited role in the protection. And participation in social security and purchase of commercial insurance, can effectively promote household equipment consumption, at the same time. It is suggested that the social security fund and financial education investment should be increased, the education resources should be allocated rationally, the policy of "home appliances going to the countryside" should continue to be promoted and the supervision should be strengthened. Financial subsidy is provided to farmers to purchase commercial insurance products which have the function of protection.
