【摘要】：草莓是湖州市蔬菜瓜果生產(chǎn)中經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值較高的作物之一,雖種植面積不大,但因其在春節(jié)期間上市,農(nóng)業(yè)觀光采摘游中的重要作用以及較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,在瓜果蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)中具有較大的影響。草莓以其周期短、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益高、見(jiàn)效快、適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)、南北保護(hù)地均可栽培、精深加工出口創(chuàng)匯等優(yōu)勢(shì)而成為近幾年發(fā)展最快的一項(xiàng)新興水果產(chǎn)業(yè),在湖州以安吉縣上墅鄉(xiāng)至天荒坪鎮(zhèn)一帶、長(zhǎng)興縣畫(huà)溪街道草莓產(chǎn)區(qū)為吸引游客作出杰出貢獻(xiàn)。為了促進(jìn)湖州市草莓產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,本文從國(guó)內(nèi)外草莓產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和我市草莓產(chǎn)業(yè)基本情況入手分析了發(fā)展趨勢(shì)與存在的問(wèn)題。探索了草莓產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的模式,總結(jié)了經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)并提出了今后發(fā)展的一些對(duì)策與建議,在推動(dòng)湖州新農(nóng)村建設(shè)、土地流轉(zhuǎn)、農(nóng)民增收、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)、食品安全等方面作了一些探討。 首先,對(duì)我市草莓產(chǎn)業(yè)的基本情況進(jìn)行調(diào)研,包括種植面積從2012年的4400畝遞增到2014年的6200畝、適栽品種由豐香為代表的老品種過(guò)渡到章姬、紅頰等新品種、產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的、全面的梳理�？偨Y(jié)近五年湖州草莓產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)：1、家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)規(guī)模種植；2、經(jīng)營(yíng)模式多樣化,銷售渠道廣；3、附屬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展速度快。分析湖州適合發(fā)展草莓產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)主要有：1、優(yōu)越的自然環(huán)境與氣候條件；2、草莓產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)缺口大；3、勞動(dòng)力資源豐富；4、市校合作,多方面促發(fā)展。 其次,對(duì)我市草莓產(chǎn)業(yè)的政策導(dǎo)向、種植基本情況、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、農(nóng)技推廣管理等方面進(jìn)行了探討分析,提出了現(xiàn)階段存在的主要問(wèn)題主要有1、農(nóng)技推廣政策扶持不足；2、投入不足,部分地區(qū)設(shè)施落后；3、品種單一、小戶經(jīng)營(yíng)；4、栽培管理技術(shù)落后；5、地區(qū)發(fā)展不平衡；6、農(nóng)殘問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重；7、加工、物流轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)能力差。 最后,結(jié)合當(dāng)前的草莓產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及因素分析,為湖州草莓產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策與建議：1、政府加大扶持力度,推進(jìn)土地流轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)程；2、引進(jìn)篩選優(yōu)良品種；3、大力推廣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)施草莓栽培技術(shù)；4、推行可持續(xù)發(fā)展的生產(chǎn)模式；5、經(jīng)營(yíng)體制和農(nóng)業(yè)推廣體系完善；6、重視品牌建設(shè),多方面開(kāi)拓草莓產(chǎn)業(yè)；7、重視信息平臺(tái),計(jì)劃指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:Strawberry is one of the high economic value of fruits and vegetables production in Huzhou, the planting of crops, although the area is not large, but because of the market during the Spring Festival, an important role in the tour and the good economic benefit of agricultural sightseeing, has a great influence on fruit and vegetable industry. Strawberry with its short cycle, high economic efficiency, quick, strong adaptability, can be cultivated in North and south, the deep processing of export advantage and become a new fruit industry in recent years the fastest development, in Huzhou County in Anji Shang Shu Xiang to Tianhuangping town area, Changxing County Huaxi Street strawberry growing areas for outstanding contributions to attract tourists. In order to promote the sustainable development of strawberry industry Huzhou City, the development trend from the domestic and foreign industry in our city and the strawberry strawberry industry basic situation to analyze the development trend and existing problems. To explore the strawberry industry development mode, The experiences and lessons were summarized, and some countermeasures and suggestions for future development were put forward. Some discussions were made on promoting the construction of new countryside in Huzhou, the land transfer, the increase of farmers' income, standardized production and food safety.
First of all, research on basic situation of our city strawberry industry, including planting area from 4400 acres in 2012 increased to 6200 acres in 2014, optimum varieties by Fengxiang as the representative of the old varieties of transition to Zhang Ji, red cheeks and other new varieties of industry, the status of the system, combing the comprehensive summary of the development of Huzhou. Strawberry industry trends in the last five years: 1, the size of the family farm planting; 2, business model diversification, and extensive sales channels; 3, affiliated industry development speed. Analysis of the advantages of Huzhou for the development of strawberry industry are: 1, the natural environment and climate conditions; 2, the strawberry industry market; 3. Abundant labor resources; 4, cooperation between University and city, many aspects of development.
Secondly, on the city's strawberry industry policy orientation, planting the basic situation, industry development trend, analysis of the agricultural technology promotion and management aspects, and put forward the main problems existing in the present stage has 1 main policy, agricultural extension support shortage; 2, lack of investment, part of district facilities are backward; 3, single species, small management; 4, cultivation management technology is backward; 5, the imbalance of regional development; 6, pesticide serious problems; 7, processing, logistics and transport ability.
Finally, combined with the analysis of the current situation of the development of strawberry industry and factors, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Huzhou strawberry industry: 1, increase the support of the government, promoting the process of land circulation; 2, the introduction of screening fine varieties; 3, vigorously promote the standardization of facilities cultivation techniques of strawberry; 4, the implementation of sustainable development the mode of production; 5, improve the management system and the agricultural extension system; 6, pay attention to brand building, many aspects of development of strawberry industry; 7, the importance of information platform, guide the production plan.
