【摘要】：全球氣候變暖以及生態(tài)環(huán)境持續(xù)惡化宣告了以“高能耗、高排放、高污染”為主要特點的傳統(tǒng)社會發(fā)展方式的末路,而以“低能耗、低排放、低污染”為主要標志的全新低碳發(fā)展模式引起越來越多人的關(guān)注。目前國內(nèi)外對低碳旅游的研究仍處于初級探索階段,理論體系還很不成熟,對低碳旅游相關(guān)評價體系研究方面也很少。論文在對旅游業(yè)二氧化碳排放途徑研究分析的基礎上,運用專家咨詢法和層次分析法篩選確定了影響旅游業(yè)低碳發(fā)展的主要指標因子,構(gòu)建了低碳旅游發(fā)展水平評價指標體系；結(jié)合YAAHP軟件計算得到各層指標的權(quán)重值,全面分析了各個指標的評分細則,最后對低碳旅游發(fā)展水平評價結(jié)果進行科學劃分。 本文對“低碳旅游”概念全新界定,確定了降低碳排放的直接目的和實現(xiàn)“三大效益”的核心內(nèi)涵；通過對低碳旅游發(fā)展水平評價體系的構(gòu)建,得出旅游行業(yè)發(fā)展水平的權(quán)重水平約為50%,其他經(jīng)濟支持水平和政策監(jiān)督管理水平均占25%左右；并且,將低碳發(fā)展水平劃分為探索、起步、發(fā)展、成熟四個階段,為旅游目的地低碳旅游的發(fā)展指出了科學路徑。最后通過分析我國低碳旅游發(fā)展中存在的問題,為低碳旅游持續(xù)健康的發(fā)展提出建設性意見和對策。 本文的研究成果對今后低碳旅游的研究具有一定的借鑒意義,為低碳旅游發(fā)展水平評價的實際操作提供了一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Global warming and the continuous deterioration of the ecological environment have declared the end of the traditional social development mode characterized by "high energy consumption, high emissions and high pollution", and "low energy consumption, low emissions," which is characterized by "high energy consumption, high emissions and high pollution". Low pollution "as the main symbol of the new low-carbon development model has attracted more and more people's attention." At present, the research on low-carbon tourism at home and abroad is still in the initial stage of exploration, the theoretical system is still very immature, and there is little research on the evaluation system of low-carbon tourism. Based on the research and analysis of carbon dioxide emission from tourism industry, the main factors affecting low-carbon tourism development are determined by expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the evaluation index system of low-carbon tourism development level is constructed. Combined with YAAHP software, the weight value of each index is calculated, and the scoring rules of each index are analyzed. Finally, the evaluation results of low-carbon tourism development level are scientifically divided. This paper defines the concept of "low-carbon tourism" completely, and determines the direct purpose of reducing carbon emissions and the core connotation of "three benefits". Through the construction of the evaluation system of low-carbon tourism development level, it is concluded that the weight level of tourism industry development level is about 50%, and the other economic support level and policy supervision and management level account for about 25%; In addition, the low-carbon development level is divided into four stages: exploration, start, development and maturity, which points out a scientific path for the development of low-carbon tourism in tourism destinations. Finally, through the analysis of the problems existing in the development of low-carbon tourism in China, constructive suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for the sustainable and healthy development of low-carbon tourism. The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for the research of low-carbon tourism in the future, and provide some reference for the practical operation of the evaluation of the development level of low-carbon tourism.
