基于旅游者消費(fèi)行為分析的黑龍江省自駕游發(fā)展對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家而言,自駕車(chē)旅游已經(jīng)進(jìn)入成熟階段,相應(yīng)的配套設(shè)施與服務(wù)體系已較為完善。與前者相比,我國(guó)的自駕游發(fā)展比較晚,約遲了半個(gè)世紀(jì),但速度卻不慢,部分地區(qū)的自駕游及相關(guān)的服務(wù)設(shè)施已日臻成熟。黑龍江省地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)、人民收入水平不斷提高,越來(lái)越多的人擁有私家車(chē),自駕車(chē)旅游已經(jīng)成為黑龍江省重要的出游方式之一。本論文主要以黑龍江省為研究區(qū)域,自駕車(chē)旅游者為研究對(duì)象,全面分析黑龍江省自駕車(chē)旅游發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。通過(guò)分析,了解到許多有利于自駕游發(fā)展的條件,黑龍江省自駕游發(fā)展前景較好。就目前而言,雖然黑龍江省自駕車(chē)旅游發(fā)展較快,但自駕車(chē)旅游市場(chǎng)發(fā)展仍處于初期階段,相關(guān)旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施及服務(wù)體系仍不完善。本論文試圖通過(guò)總結(jié)所得數(shù)據(jù)了解黑龍江省自駕車(chē)旅游者消費(fèi)行為的基本特征,明確黑龍江省自駕游消費(fèi)者的市場(chǎng)需求,從而促進(jìn)黑龍江省自駕車(chē)旅游全面發(fā)展。 鑒于自駕游在我國(guó)起步較晚,發(fā)展的時(shí)間不是很長(zhǎng),對(duì)黑龍江省自駕游消費(fèi)者的消費(fèi)行為方面缺少全面的、系統(tǒng)的研究。鑒于之前的學(xué)者對(duì)黑龍江省自駕游消費(fèi)者的消費(fèi)行為方面研究有限,本篇論文嘗試從旅游者消費(fèi)行為理論著手,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和借鑒之前學(xué)者的研究成果之上,運(yùn)用對(duì)比法研究分析國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式對(duì)黑龍江省自駕車(chē)旅游者消費(fèi)行為方面進(jìn)行比較系統(tǒng)的調(diào)研,并通過(guò)運(yùn)用SPSS軟件,分析了解問(wèn)卷中不同的因素與目的地選擇之間的相關(guān)性。研究思路是:一是論述目前國(guó)內(nèi)外自駕游以及旅游行為方面的研究狀況;二是闡述了本篇論文涉及運(yùn)用的相關(guān)理論,三是具體說(shuō)明黑龍江省的現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展自駕游的優(yōu)勢(shì);四是匯總問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,通過(guò)具體數(shù)據(jù)了解自駕游消費(fèi)者的具體信息、旅游偏好等等;五是通過(guò)調(diào)查找出黑龍江省在開(kāi)展自駕游過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題以及不足;六是針對(duì)具體不足、實(shí)際問(wèn)題提出有效可行的發(fā)展建議及對(duì)策。本篇論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于,運(yùn)用了旅游者消費(fèi)行為理論,對(duì)黑龍江省自駕游服務(wù)市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行全面分析,提出了解決自駕游發(fā)展中存在問(wèn)題的對(duì)策。為黑龍江省自駕車(chē)旅游發(fā)展提供參考,對(duì)提升黑龍江省自駕車(chē)旅游的發(fā)展水平和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有著重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:For developed countries, self-driving tourism has entered a mature stage, the corresponding supporting facilities and service system has been relatively perfect. Compared with the former, the development of self-driving tour in China is relatively late, about half a century late, but the speed is not slow, and the self-driving tour and related service facilities in some areas have matured day by day. With the continuous growth of economy and the improvement of people's income in Heilongjiang Province, more and more people own private cars. Self-driving tourism has become one of the most important ways to travel in Heilongjiang Province. Taking Heilongjiang Province as the research area and self-driving tourists as the research object, this paper comprehensively analyzes the development of self-driving tourism in Heilongjiang Province. Through the analysis, the author finds out many favorable conditions for the development of self-driving tour, and the prospect of self-driving tour in Heilongjiang Province is better. At present, although self-driving tourism in Heilongjiang Province is developing rapidly, the self-driving tourism market is still in its initial stage, and the related tourism infrastructure and service system are still imperfect. This paper attempts to summarize the data to understand the basic characteristics of the consumption behavior of self-driving tourists in Heilongjiang Province, to clarify the market demand of self-driving tourists in Heilongjiang Province, so as to promote the overall development of self-driving tourism in Heilongjiang Province. In view of the late start of self-driving tour in our country, the development time is not very long, and there is a lack of comprehensive and systematic research on consumer's consumption behavior of self-driving tour in Heilongjiang Province. In view of the limited research on the consumption behavior of self-driving consumers in Heilongjiang Province, this paper attempts to start with the theory of consumer behavior of tourists, based on the questionnaire survey and the previous research results. By using the comparative method to study and analyze the domestic and foreign research status, through the way of questionnaire investigation on the consumption behavior of self-driving tourists in Heilongjiang Province, and through the use of SPSS software, To analyze the correlation between the different factors in the questionnaire and the choice of destination. The research ideas are as follows: first, it discusses the current domestic and foreign self-driving travel and tourism behavior research situation; second, it expounds the related theories involved in this paper; third, it concretely explains the current situation of Heilongjiang Province and the advantages of developing self-driving travel. The fourth is to collect questionnaires, through specific data to understand the specific information of self-driving travel consumers, tourism preferences and so on; fifthly, through the investigation to find out the problems and deficiencies in the process of self-driving travel in Heilongjiang Province; sixthly, to address the specific deficiencies. Practical problems put forward effective and feasible development suggestions and countermeasures. The innovation of this paper lies in the comprehensive analysis of the present situation of the self-driving travel service market in Heilongjiang Province by using the theory of tourists' consumption behavior, and the countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the development of self-driving tourism. It provides a reference for the development of self-driving tourism in Heilongjiang Province, and has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the development level and competitiveness of self-driving tourism in Heilongjiang Province.
