【摘要】：陜西省是中華文明的重要發(fā)祥地，蘊(yùn)藏著豐富的人文和自然旅游資源。陜西旅游資源類(lèi)型眾多，級(jí)別不等，是全國(guó)旅游資源大省之一，關(guān)中地區(qū)，陜北地區(qū)和陜南地區(qū)構(gòu)成了大量的、豐富多彩的人文景觀和自然景觀。而三大區(qū)域的旅游資源無(wú)論是從數(shù)量和級(jí)別上講，還是從開(kāi)發(fā)和利用角度講，都存在著差異。了解區(qū)域旅游資源的分布、類(lèi)型、級(jí)別和特點(diǎn)對(duì)如何開(kāi)發(fā)旅游資源起著基礎(chǔ)性的影響，，對(duì)如何縮小旅游資源區(qū)域差異起著引導(dǎo)作用，為陜西省區(qū)域旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)和區(qū)域旅游資源全面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提供借鑒。 本文分析2003年至2009年這7年間陜西省旅游資源的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)資料，先引用區(qū)域旅游資源稟賦及開(kāi)發(fā)理論對(duì)陜西省旅游資源進(jìn)行概述，然后具體對(duì)旅游資源的現(xiàn)狀，包括旅游資源的分布、類(lèi)型、級(jí)別和特點(diǎn)展開(kāi)描述以及從新景區(qū)景點(diǎn)的建設(shè)、旅游體驗(yàn)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)和旅游商品多樣化開(kāi)發(fā)來(lái)評(píng)述旅游資源的開(kāi)發(fā)；進(jìn)一步用SWOT分析法對(duì)陜西旅游資源的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)，開(kāi)發(fā)時(shí)機(jī)和開(kāi)發(fā)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行定性分析；接著主要用比較分析法和資源優(yōu)勢(shì)度評(píng)價(jià)法，具體用豐度指數(shù)（dij）、配合指數(shù)（x)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差異指數(shù)（cv）、整體優(yōu)勢(shì)度（z）對(duì)陜西省11個(gè)地市的旅游資源稟賦和開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)行定量橫向比較；最后對(duì)本文研究結(jié)論進(jìn)行總結(jié)，并且針對(duì)陜西三大區(qū)域旅游資源稟賦特點(diǎn)，分別提出旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)方向和重點(diǎn),區(qū)域旅游資源的開(kāi)發(fā)效率和保護(hù)性的政策建議，實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的優(yōu)化配置和區(qū)域旅游資源優(yōu)勢(shì)整合。 通過(guò)分析和對(duì)比陜西省11個(gè)地市旅游資源稟賦特點(diǎn)，認(rèn)識(shí)到旅游資源稟賦差異化直接影響著各地市旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)程度、規(guī)模、方向和重點(diǎn)；認(rèn)識(shí)到旅游資源的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)，開(kāi)發(fā)機(jī)遇和開(kāi)發(fā)問(wèn)題直接影響著三大區(qū)域如何把握資源特點(diǎn)、如何建立本地旅游品牌、如何實(shí)行區(qū)域內(nèi)部旅游資源整合和區(qū)域間整合，認(rèn)識(shí)到一個(gè)區(qū)域旅游的持續(xù)需要持續(xù)不斷地開(kāi)發(fā)新景區(qū)景點(diǎn)、開(kāi)發(fā)的旅游產(chǎn)品緊跟時(shí)代、旅游商品開(kāi)發(fā)的多樣化，滿足游客心理差異。陜西省旅游資源具有數(shù)量大、品位高、特色顯著、多樣性強(qiáng)的總體特征；但從已形成的景觀結(jié)構(gòu)和已有的旅游產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)看，存在著景觀類(lèi)型少、資源開(kāi)發(fā)層次淺、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)不能充分應(yīng)和現(xiàn)代多樣化旅游需求的問(wèn)題。因此，陜西旅游要發(fā)展，要規(guī)劃好地區(qū)旅游資源的開(kāi)發(fā)，用合理的開(kāi)發(fā)方案指導(dǎo)區(qū)域間旅游資源的協(xié)調(diào)開(kāi)發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Shaanxi province is an important birthplace of Chinese civilization and contains rich cultural and natural tourism resources. There are many types of tourism resources in Shaanxi province. It is one of the major provinces of tourism resources in China. In Guanzhong area, Northern Shaanxi and southern Shaanxi areas have formed a large number of rich and colorful cultural and natural landscapes. And the tourism resources of the three major regions The distribution, type, grade and characteristics of regional tourism resources have a basic influence on how to develop tourism resources, and play a guiding role in reducing regional differences in tourism resources, and for the development of regional tourism resources and regions in Shaanxi province. The comprehensive and coordinated development of tourism resources can be used for reference.
This paper analyses the statistical data of tourism resources in Shaanxi province from 2003 to 2009. First, it summarizes the tourism resources of Shaanxi province by reference of regional tourism resources endowment and development theory, and then describes the present situation of tourism resources, including the distribution, type, grade and characteristics of tourism resources, and the construction of the scenic spots in the new scenic area. The tourism experience product development and tourism commodity diversification development to review the development of tourism resources, and further use the SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Shaanxi tourism resources, the opportunity of development and the problems existing in the development, and then mainly use the comparative analysis method and the resource advantage evaluation method, and specifically use the abundance index (DIJ). Combining index (x), standard difference index (CV) and overall dominance (z), the quantitative comparison of tourism resources endowment and development of 11 cities in Shaanxi province is carried out quantitatively. Finally, the conclusions are summed up, and the development direction and key point of tourism resources are put forward respectively, and regional tourism resources are opened for the three major regional tourism resources of Shaanxi. The policy recommendations for efficiency and conservation are to optimize the allocation of resources and integrate the advantages of regional tourism resources.
By analyzing and comparing the characteristics of tourism resource endowments in 11 cities in Shaanxi Province, it is realized that the difference of tourism resource endowment directly affects the development degree, scale, direction and focus of tourism resources in various cities and cities, and the advantages and disadvantages of tourism resources, development opportunities and development problems directly affect how to grasp the characteristics of the resources in the three regions, such as How to establish local tourism brand, how to implement the integration of regional tourism resources and interregional integration, realize that the sustainable development of a regional tourism needs to continue to develop new scenic spots, the development of tourism products closely follow the times, the diversification of tourism commodity development, meet the psychological differences of tourists. Shaanxi Tourism resources have a large number of products. In view of the landscape structure and the existing structure of tourism products, there are few types of landscape, shallow resources development, and the structure of the products should not fully meet the needs of modern diversified tourism. Therefore, the development of tourism in Shaanxi should be developed, and the development of regional tourism resources should be well planned. The rational development plan should be used to guide the coordinated development of regional tourism resources.
