【摘要】：礦山企業(yè)一般是圍繞資源進行挖掘和加工的。目前,由于資源枯竭、機制呆板、環(huán)境惡化等原因,多數(shù)礦山企業(yè),特別是國有大型礦山企業(yè),出現(xiàn)了不同程度的生存困境。為擺脫困境,多少礦山企業(yè)正在尋求產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展。以利用廢棄礦山設(shè)施設(shè)備及彰顯礦山特有遺存和文化的工業(yè)旅游,正成為具備條件的礦山企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型方向之一。同時,由于旅游資源觀念的改變及休閑旅游的發(fā)展,工業(yè)旅游越來越受到游客的青睞。礦山企業(yè)發(fā)展工業(yè)旅游,不僅是礦山企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的新方向,是旅游業(yè)的新業(yè)態(tài),而且具有可觀的經(jīng)濟效益、社會效益與生態(tài)效益。 論文的主要內(nèi)容如下： 第一、緒論。簡要介紹了本文的研究背景、研究內(nèi)容,陳述了理論基礎(chǔ)于文獻綜述,以及論文的創(chuàng)新之處。 第二、礦山企業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型。歸納與比較了礦山企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型模式,提出了轉(zhuǎn)型的較佳時機。在此基礎(chǔ)上,探討了礦山企業(yè)進行產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型時接續(xù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇與轉(zhuǎn)型的風(fēng)險分析問題。 第三、發(fā)展發(fā)展工業(yè)旅游的基礎(chǔ)與動力。在接續(xù)產(chǎn)業(yè)確定為工業(yè)旅游后,重點探討了工礦企業(yè)發(fā)展工業(yè)旅游的動力與基礎(chǔ)。 第四、工業(yè)旅游的規(guī)劃與實施。在總結(jié)成功案例的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納提煉出具體實施層面的技術(shù)問題。 第五、工業(yè)旅游的效益。分析研究了發(fā)展工業(yè)旅游的直接、間接經(jīng)濟效益與社會效益。這是選擇工業(yè)旅游為接續(xù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的依據(jù),更是發(fā)展所要達到的目標(biāo)。 第六、對策建議。從供給、需求與環(huán)境三方面提出了促進工業(yè)旅游發(fā)展的相關(guān)對策建議。
[Abstract]:Mining enterprises are generally around the resources of mining and processing. At present, due to the exhaustion of resources, rigid mechanism, environmental deterioration and other reasons, most mining enterprises, especially large state-owned mining enterprises, have emerged different degrees of survival difficulties. In order to get rid of difficulties, how many mining enterprises are looking for industrial transformation and development. Industrial tourism, which makes use of abandoned mine facilities and reveals the unique remains and culture of mines, is becoming one of the transformation directions of qualified mining enterprises. At the same time, due to the change of the concept of tourism resources and the development of leisure tourism, industrial tourism is more and more favored by tourists. The development of industrial tourism in mining enterprises is not only a new direction of transformation and development of mining enterprises, but also a new form of tourism, and has considerable economic, social and ecological benefits. The main contents of the thesis are as follows: First, introduction. This paper briefly introduces the research background, research content, theoretical basis of literature review, as well as the innovation of the paper. Second, the industrial transformation of mining enterprises. The transformation mode of mining enterprises is summarized and compared, and the better opportunity of transformation is put forward. On this basis, the selection and risk analysis of the succession industry in the process of industrial transformation of mining enterprises are discussed. Third, the foundation and motive force of developing industrial tourism. After the following industry is determined as industrial tourism, the motive force and foundation of industrial tourism development in industrial and mining enterprises are discussed. Fourth, industrial tourism planning and implementation. On the basis of summing up the successful cases, the technical problems of concrete implementation level are summarized and refined. Fifth, the benefits of industrial tourism. The direct and indirect economic and social benefits of developing industrial tourism are analyzed and studied. This is the choice of industrial tourism as the basis for the continuation of industry, but also to achieve the goal of development. Sixth, countermeasures and suggestions. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of industrial tourism from three aspects of supply, demand and environment.
