【摘要】：隨著經濟的不斷發(fā)展,濕地旅游已經成為了一種新型的旅游方式。我國的濕地資源豐富多樣,可利用的空間巨大,因而研究發(fā)展我國的濕地生態(tài)旅游具有重要的意義[1]。湖南長沙的洋湖垸濕地位于中部的兩型社會的試驗區(qū),擁有其獨特的濕地旅游景觀,能優(yōu)化城市區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境,同時具備極大的經濟發(fā)展?jié)摿?能有效的帶動湖南經濟的發(fā)展。然而,如何在保護濕地環(huán)境的同時有效開發(fā)和利用生態(tài)資源,從而達到濕地和社會經濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展,發(fā)揮濕地的生態(tài)、社會和經濟效益,這已成為我們不能忽視并且亟待解決的重要問題[2,3]。建立濕地生態(tài)公園,發(fā)展?jié)竦厣鷳B(tài)旅游是保護濕地并實現(xiàn)其可持續(xù)性發(fā)展的一項具體形式[4]。本文在對國內外大量文獻分析研究的基礎上,以“長沙洋湖垸濕地生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展研究”為題,對長沙城市濕地生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展進行了分析和研究,提出城市濕地評價指標體系,并進行了實證研究,對長沙市城市濕地現(xiàn)狀和未來發(fā)展進行了具體分析。這對于重新認識城市與自然的關系,對于指導長沙市城市濕地建設及其與社會協(xié)調發(fā)展,都具有一定的參考價值和實踐意義。主要結論如下： 1、本文引入景觀生態(tài)學、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、生態(tài)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、福利經濟學等理論,在借鑒前人的研究成果的基礎上,分析了長沙洋湖垸濕地資源濕地生態(tài)旅游資源及其保護利用現(xiàn)狀,研究了長沙洋湖垸濕地生態(tài)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的潛力。 2、本文主要運用層次分析法,建立了長沙洋湖垸濕地生態(tài)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展評價體系,為長沙洋湖垸濕地生態(tài)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了重要的依據(jù)。根據(jù)評估結果,可在工作中作出有針對性的改進和調控,從而為長沙洋湖垸濕地生態(tài)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供科學依據(jù)。但在指標體系建立方面,有關指標的設置等還不是很完善,許多問題值得進一步探討,指標的細化及量化方法還要進一步探索,盡量減少主觀性誤差,增加客觀性和科學性。 3、主要采用層次分析(AHP)的方法獲得各層評價指標的綜合重要性。結果表明,在衡量長沙洋湖垸濕地生態(tài)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展建設水平的32項指標因子中,自然景觀奇特度的重要性最大,達到了10.8%,其次是景區(qū)空氣質量和人均受教育年限,分別達到了7.63%和6.65%。說明在洋湖垸濕地生態(tài)旅游建設中,城市濕地旅游首先要備具自然景觀的特性,再次要充分發(fā)揮改善環(huán)境空氣質量的重要功能。社會因素中的人口素質水平也對濕地旅游發(fā)展起到重要作用。 4、長沙市發(fā)展?jié)竦厣鷳B(tài)旅游具有優(yōu)越的條件和重要的意義,長沙市有著豐富的自然濕地資源和獨特的文化資源,以及優(yōu)越的區(qū)位條件和良好的政策,發(fā)展?jié)竦厣鷳B(tài)旅游有利于維護濕地資源和充分利用濕地生態(tài)資源[4],充分發(fā)揮濕地的綜合效益,促進長沙市旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展,帶動經濟發(fā)展。但在發(fā)展的過程中還存在很多問題,特別是長沙洋湖垸濕地生態(tài)旅游的管理、相關的服務水平、自然資源的可持續(xù)利用、文化內涵的挖掘、品牌的建立等。通過對長沙洋湖垸濕地生態(tài)旅游SWOT分析,提出了扭轉型戰(zhàn)略方案,抓住外部機遇,彌補內部劣勢,并且從加強教育、控制污染、完善規(guī)劃和提高管理水平等方面積極發(fā)展長沙洋湖垸濕地生態(tài)旅游。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy , wetland tourism has become a new type of tourism . Our country ' s wetland resources are rich and diverse , and the available space is huge , so it is very important to research and develop wetland ecotourism in our country . However , how to effectively develop and utilize the ecological resources while protecting the wetland environment , thus reaching the sustainable development of the wetland and the socio - economic development , and playing the ecological , social and economic benefits of the wetland , has become an important problem that we cannot ignore and need to be solved urgently . Based on the research on the large number of literatures at home and abroad , this paper analyzes and studies the development of wetland eco - tourism in Changsha city , puts forward the index system of urban wetland evaluation , and makes an empirical study on the status quo and future development of urban wetland in Changsha .

1 . This paper introduces the theories of landscape ecology , sustainable development theory , ecotourism sustainable development theory , welfare economics and so on . Based on the previous research results , this paper analyzes the eco - tourism resources of wetland resources wetland and their protection and utilization in changsha yang lake , and studies the potential of sustainable development of wetland ecotourism in changsha yang lake .

2 . Based on the analytic hierarchy process , the sustainable development evaluation system of wetland eco - tourism in changsha yang lake is established . According to the result of the evaluation , it can provide scientific basis for the sustainable development of wetland ecotourism in changsha yang lake .

3 . The comprehensive importance of the evaluation indexes of each layer is obtained by the method of analytic hierarchy process ( AHP ) . The results show that in the 32 indicator factors that measure the sustainable development and construction level of wetland ecotourism in changsha yang lake , the importance of natural landscape uniqueness is the largest , the second is the air quality of the scenic spot and the average person ' s schooling years , respectively , reaches 7.63 % and 6.65 % respectively .

In the process of development , there are many problems , especially the management of wetland eco - tourism , the related service level , the sustainable utilization of natural resources , the excavation of cultural connotation , the establishment of brand .
