【摘要】：隨著社會的發(fā)展，旅游業(yè)已成為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中勢頭最強(qiáng)勁和規(guī)模最大的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，日益凸顯它在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要地位。旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展以各國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平為基礎(chǔ)并受其制約，同時又直接或間接地促進(jìn)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)有關(guān)部門的發(fā)展。其具有綜合性強(qiáng)，市場發(fā)展?jié)摿Υ�，關(guān)聯(lián)性強(qiáng)，增長見效快，能為人民創(chuàng)造新的生活方式和提升社會文明程度等功能。它的發(fā)展有利于縮小地區(qū)之間特別是城鄉(xiāng)之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)差距，增進(jìn)國際間的交流，促進(jìn)社會的穩(wěn)定，豐富人民群眾的精神生活，增強(qiáng)愛國主義意識。因此，旅游業(yè)是促進(jìn)和諧社會建設(shè)，推動民生改善的基礎(chǔ)和重要產(chǎn)業(yè)。 然而，目前我國的旅游業(yè)發(fā)展還不能全面的與改善民生緊密結(jié)合，我們可以努力的空間還很大，但是學(xué)術(shù)界對旅游和民生改善的關(guān)系的研究及對發(fā)展旅游業(yè)推動民生改善對策的研究還尚屬少數(shù)。本文對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)與民生改善二者的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了梳理，研究分析發(fā)展旅游業(yè)對民生改善的作用及我國旅游業(yè)改善民生的現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題，探討了造成旅游業(yè)推動民生改善中不和諧現(xiàn)狀的原因。以此基礎(chǔ)提出了通過發(fā)展旅游業(yè)，推動民生改善的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, tourism has become one of the most powerful and largest industries in the global economic development, which increasingly highlights its important position in the global economy. The development of tourism is based on and restricted by the level of national economic development, and at the same time directly or indirectly promotes the development of relevant departments of the national economy. It has the functions of strong comprehensiveness, great market development potential, strong correlation, rapid growth, and can create a new way of life for the people and promote the level of social civilization and so on. Its development is conducive to narrowing the economic gap between regions, especially between urban and rural areas, promoting international exchanges, promoting social stability, enriching the spiritual life of the people, and strengthening the sense of patriotism. Therefore, tourism is the foundation and important industry to promote the construction of harmonious society and the improvement of people's livelihood. However, at present, the development of tourism in China cannot be fully integrated with the improvement of the people's livelihood. There is still a lot of room for our efforts. However, the research on the relationship between tourism and people's livelihood improvement and the research on how to promote the improvement of people's livelihood in tourism industry are still few in academic circles. This paper combs the relationship between tourism industry and people's livelihood improvement, studies and analyzes the role of tourism development in improving people's livelihood, and the present situation and existing problems of improving people's livelihood in China's tourism industry. This paper probes into the causes of disharmony in promoting the improvement of people's livelihood in tourism industry. On this basis, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the improvement of people's livelihood through the development of tourism.
