重慶市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群評(píng)價(jià)及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:自從20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái),產(chǎn)業(yè)集群作為一種世界性的經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象,其對(duì)某一地區(qū)乃至國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的強(qiáng)大促進(jìn)作用,引起了廣大學(xué)者的關(guān)注和研究。隨著旅游業(yè)在全世界范圍內(nèi)的迅速發(fā)展,在一些旅游目的地出現(xiàn)了集群化發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者開始關(guān)注集群理論在旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的應(yīng)用,并積極地研究與探討了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群現(xiàn)象及其理論,但目前對(duì)于旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的理論研究尚處于初級(jí)階段,,還有待進(jìn)一步研究。 重慶作為我國(guó)的歷史文化古城,自1997年直轄以來(lái)各方面都得到了全面和飛速的發(fā)展,重慶旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)也同國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)一樣發(fā)展迅速。但與國(guó)內(nèi)外其他旅游強(qiáng)市相比還存在一定差距。本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論的研究基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合重慶旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)重慶市的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)行判定及評(píng)價(jià)。文章主要包括以下六個(gè)部分: 第一部分是緒論,闡述了本研究的選題背景和研究意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)介紹了研究的內(nèi)容體系和研究方法,以及技術(shù)路線結(jié)構(gòu)圖。 第二部分是旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群相關(guān)理論概述。首先介紹了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的相關(guān)理論和概念,回顧了國(guó)內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論的研究,在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究的基礎(chǔ)上闡述了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的相關(guān)概念;其次結(jié)合現(xiàn)有研究分析總結(jié)了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的基本理論,包括旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的特征、形成條件及類型等。 第三部分是重慶市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀分析。首先對(duì)重慶旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做初步分析;其次從旅游資源、市場(chǎng)需求、政府扶植、相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)支持和發(fā)展機(jī)遇五個(gè)方面闡述了重慶旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的形成條件;然后對(duì)重慶旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)行判定和識(shí)別,進(jìn)而計(jì)算出重慶市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的集聚度。 第四部分是對(duì)未來(lái)重慶旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的制約因素研究。根據(jù)重慶市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況,結(jié)合第三部分的計(jì)算結(jié)果,分析制約重慶市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的因素。 第五部分是重慶市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。綜合上述分析,探討重慶市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展思路和對(duì)策建議。第六部分是結(jié)語(yǔ)?偨Y(jié)全文研究?jī)?nèi)容,指出研究不足。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, as a worldwide economic phenomenon, industrial cluster has played a powerful role in promoting the economic development of a certain region and even a country, which has attracted the attention and research of many scholars. With the rapid development of tourism in the world, there is a trend of cluster development in some tourist destinations. Scholars at home and abroad have begun to pay attention to the application of cluster theory in the development of tourism industry. The phenomenon of tourism industry cluster and its theory are actively studied and discussed, but the theoretical study of tourism industry cluster is still in the primary stage, which needs to be further studied. Chongqing, as an ancient historical and cultural city of our country, has been developing in an all-round way and at full speed since 1997, and the tourism industry of Chongqing has developed as fast as the national economy. However, there is still a certain gap compared with other strong tourism cities at home and abroad. On the basis of the research on the theory of industrial cluster at home and abroad and the present situation of tourism industry development in Chongqing, this paper judges and evaluates the tourism industry cluster in Chongqing. The article mainly includes the following six parts: The first part is the introduction, which describes the background and significance of this research, analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, and introduces the research content system and research methods, as well as the technical route structure. The second part is the tourism industry cluster related theory summary. Firstly, this paper introduces the related theories and concepts of tourism industry cluster, reviews the research of industry cluster theory and tourism industry cluster theory at home and abroad, and expounds the related concepts of tourism industry cluster on the basis of domestic and foreign scholars' research. Secondly, it summarizes the basic theory of tourism industry cluster, including the characteristics, forming conditions and types of tourism industry cluster. The third part is the present situation analysis of Chongqing tourism industry cluster development. Firstly, the paper makes a preliminary analysis on the present situation of tourism development in Chongqing, and then expounds the forming conditions of Chongqing tourism industry cluster from five aspects: tourism resources, market demand, government support, relevant industry support and development opportunities. Then, the cluster of Chongqing tourism industry is judged and identified, and the concentration degree of Chongqing tourism industry cluster is calculated. The fourth part is to the future Chongqing tourism industry cluster further development restriction factor research. According to the actual situation of the development of Chongqing tourism industry cluster and the calculation results of the third part, this paper analyzes the factors restricting the further development of Chongqing tourism industry cluster. The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Chongqing tourism industry cluster. Based on the above analysis, this paper discusses the development ideas and countermeasures of Chongqing tourism industry cluster. The sixth part is the conclusion. Summarize the research content and point out the insufficiency of the research.
