【摘要】：自20世紀70年代末我國實行改革開放以來，我國旅游經(jīng)濟活動就一直處于持續(xù)快速發(fā)展的良好態(tài)勢。隨著旅游經(jīng)濟活動的快速發(fā)展，旅游業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟中的地位也日益提高，成為了我國國民經(jīng)濟新的增長點，現(xiàn)已有不少地區(qū)將旅游業(yè)作為了地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)或主導產(chǎn)業(yè)，重慶也不例外。旅游業(yè)不可忽視的發(fā)展?jié)摿妥饔靡笪覀円宄恼J識重慶旅游業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，找到影響重慶旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的主要因素，制定合理的旅游業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃，，以促使重慶旅游業(yè)實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，從而帶動整個區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長。本文首先綜合分析旅游業(yè)發(fā)展所產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟效益，建立旅游業(yè)績效評價體系；其次從旅游基本要素和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結構要素方面尋找影響重慶旅游業(yè)績效的主要因素，并研究了影響因素與績效之間的相關關系；最后根據(jù)研究結果提出提升重慶旅游業(yè)績效的幾點政策建議。 第一，本文扼要介紹了選題背景和意義，以及國內外相關文獻綜述，總結了前人研究成果和不足之處；其次介紹本文的研究理論基礎和以前學者在進行相關研究采用的方法；第三，從旅游業(yè)創(chuàng)匯能力、旅游業(yè)增加經(jīng)濟收入能力、旅游業(yè)促進就業(yè)能力、旅游業(yè)增加財政收入能力、旅游業(yè)吸引和接待游客能力、旅游業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)要素經(jīng)濟收入和投入產(chǎn)出能力等六方面根據(jù)指標選取原則選取旅游業(yè)績效評價指標，建立指標體系，引進熵理論中信息熵的概念，采用熵值法對2000-2009年重慶旅游業(yè)績效進行評價；第四，從旅游基本要素和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)要素方面尋找影響重慶旅游業(yè)績效的主要因素，利用多元回歸分析方法對2000-2009年重慶旅游業(yè)績效影響因素與旅游業(yè)績效進行相關性分析；第五，根據(jù)文章分析結果有針對性的提出提升重慶旅游業(yè)績效的幾點政策建議，以力求實現(xiàn)重慶旅游業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of reform and opening to the outside world in China in the late 1970s, China's tourism economic activities have been in a good situation of sustained and rapid development.With the rapid development of tourism economic activities, the status of tourism in the national economy is also increasing day by day, which has become a new growth point of our national economy.Tourism has been regarded as the mainstay or leading industry of regional economic development in many regions, and Chongqing is no exception.The potential and function of tourism should not be ignored. We should clearly understand the present situation of tourism development in Chongqing, find out the main factors that affect the development of tourism in Chongqing, and formulate a reasonable tourism development plan.In order to promote Chongqing tourism to achieve sustainable development, thus driving the entire regional economic growth.Firstly, this paper comprehensively analyzes the economic benefits of tourism development and establishes a tourism performance evaluation system; secondly, it looks for the main factors that affect Chongqing tourism performance from the aspects of tourism basic elements and tourism industry structure elements.The relationship between the influencing factors and the performance is also studied. Finally, some policy suggestions to improve the tourism performance of Chongqing are put forward according to the results of the study.First, this paper briefly introduces the background and significance of the topic, as well as the literature review at home and abroad, summarizes the previous research results and shortcomings, secondly, introduces the theoretical basis of this paper and the methods used by previous scholars in the relevant research.Third, from the ability of tourism to earn foreign exchange, the ability of tourism to increase economic income, the ability of tourism to promote employment, the ability of tourism to increase fiscal revenue, and the ability of tourism to attract and receive tourists.According to the principle of index selection, the index system of tourism performance evaluation is selected, and the concept of information entropy in entropy theory is introduced in the six aspects of economic income and input-output ability of tourism industry.The entropy method is used to evaluate the tourism performance of Chongqing from 2000 to 2009. Fourthly, the main factors influencing Chongqing tourism performance are found from the aspects of tourism basic elements and tourism industry elements.Using the method of multiple regression analysis, this paper analyzes the correlation between Chongqing tourism performance factors and tourism performance from 2000 to 2009. Fifth, according to the results of the article, it puts forward some policy recommendations to improve Chongqing tourism performance.In order to achieve the sustainable development of Chongqing tourism.
