伊犁河谷區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:“不到新疆不知祖國(guó)之大,不到伊犁不知新疆之美”。伊犁有著豐富而獨(dú)特的旅游資源,西部大開(kāi)給伊犁河谷區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,特別是旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)帶了前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。伊犁河谷區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)過(guò)近十來(lái)年的發(fā)展,取得了很大成績(jī),但發(fā)展受資金、技術(shù)、理念和人才等因素制約,,存在理論品位定位偏差、開(kāi)發(fā)程度不高的現(xiàn)象。如何將獨(dú)特的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實(shí)的經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì),進(jìn)而推動(dòng)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)及區(qū)域社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的全面發(fā)展,是做大做強(qiáng)伊犁河谷區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展動(dòng)力和目標(biāo)。 本文將應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的一般原理,按照“理論分析、現(xiàn)狀特征分析、SWOT分析、目標(biāo)和模式分析提出戰(zhàn)略措施”的研究思路,對(duì)伊犁河谷旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題進(jìn)行實(shí)際探究,對(duì)區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究的理論作初步研究。對(duì)伊犁河谷區(qū)域發(fā)展旅游的基本條件進(jìn)行了評(píng)估,對(duì)其現(xiàn)狀特征和問(wèn)題作了剖析;在SWOT分析方面,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)旅游市場(chǎng)形勢(shì)的分析與預(yù)測(cè)、對(duì)伊犁河谷旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的基本估計(jì)與分析判斷,對(duì)伊犁河谷旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)(Strength)、劣勢(shì)(Weakness)、發(fā)展機(jī)遇(Opportunity)和面臨的挑戰(zhàn)(Threat)進(jìn)行了綜合分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了伊犁河谷區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展思路及對(duì)策建議。 通過(guò)對(duì)伊犁河谷旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題及發(fā)展條件的深入分析,提出了新形勢(shì)下,特別是西部大開(kāi)發(fā)對(duì)新疆旅及伊犁游業(yè)的影響,指出實(shí)施政府主導(dǎo)型、區(qū)域聯(lián)合發(fā)展、可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是發(fā)展伊犁河谷旅游業(yè)的必然選擇,并就如何定位客源市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、合理開(kāi)發(fā)利用旅游資源、拓寬融資槳道、發(fā)展特色旅游、實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)化等問(wèn)題,提出符合河谷區(qū)域?qū)嶋H的對(duì)策建議,以期從宏觀和微觀兩個(gè)層面探討伊犁河谷區(qū)域旅游業(yè)發(fā)展中的戰(zhàn)略思路和對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang does not know the size of the motherland, Ili does not know the beauty of Xinjiang.Yili has a rich and unique tourism resources, the western region to the Yili River Valley economic and social development, especially the tourism industry with unprecedented opportunities for development.The tourism industry in Yili Valley area has made great achievements after more than ten years of development, but the development is restricted by the factors such as fund, technology, concept and talents, which leads to the deviation of theoretical grade orientation and the low degree of development.How to transform the unique resource advantage into the real economic advantage and then promote the overall development of tourism industry and regional social economy is the motive force and goal of the development of the tourism industry in the Yili Valley region.This article will apply the general principle of industry development, according to "the theory analysis, the present situation characteristic analysis" SWOT analysis, the goal and the pattern analysis puts forward the strategic measure, carries on the actual exploration to the Yili River Valley tourism industry development strategy question.This paper makes a preliminary study on the theory of the development strategy of regional tourism industry.This paper evaluates the basic conditions of tourism development in the Yili River Valley region, analyzes its present characteristics and problems, and analyzes and forecasts the domestic tourism market situation through the SWOT analysis.Based on the basic estimation and analysis of the tourism economic situation in the Yili River Valley, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the competitive advantages of the development of the tourism industry in the Yili River Valley, the competitive advantage of the development of the Yili River Valley tourism industry, the inferior position of Weaknessen, the opportunity to develop and the challenges it faces.On this basis, the paper puts forward the development ideas and countermeasures of tourism industry in Yili River Valley.Based on the analysis of the present situation, existing problems and development conditions of the tourism industry in Yili River Valley, this paper puts forward the influence of the great development of the western region on the tourism industry of Xinjiang and Yili under the new situation, and points out that the government should take the lead in the implementation of the tourism industry.Regional joint development and sustainable development strategy are the inevitable choice for the development of tourism in Yili River Valley, and how to locate the structure of tourist market, develop and utilize tourism resources rationally, broaden financing channels, and develop tourism with special characteristics.To realize the tourism industrialization and so on, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in line with the reality of the valley area, in order to probe into the strategic ideas and countermeasures in the development of the tourism industry in the Yili River Valley region from the macro and micro aspects.
