網(wǎng)友303250842近日為您收集整理了關(guān)于旅游管理畢業(yè)論文 基于IPA分析法的衡山景區(qū)游客滿意度研究.pdf的文檔,希望對您的工作和學(xué)習(xí)有所幫助。以下是文檔介紹:湖南師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文基于IPA分析法的衡山景區(qū)游客滿意度研究姓名:何曙光申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):旅游管理指導(dǎo)教師:許春曉20091101摘要滿意度是近年研究的熱點,國內(nèi)外的專家在顧客滿意度的基本理論和測評方法等方面的研究已經(jīng)取得了一定的成果。但景區(qū)游客滿意度相關(guān)研究卻不多。隨著現(xiàn)代旅游業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展及旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型,旅游消費需求發(fā)生了巨大的變化,各景區(qū)之間的客源競爭日益激烈。如何開拓客源市場、保證穩(wěn)定的客源成為各大景區(qū)關(guān)注的焦點。游客的滿意度越高,忠誠度也越高。對游客滿意度的現(xiàn)實衡量、尋找景區(qū)旅游績效的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)以明確急需改進(jìn)的領(lǐng)域就成為當(dāng)前景區(qū)建設(shè)中的重要課題之一。本文以南岳衡山為實證對象,對景區(qū)游客滿意度進(jìn)行了初步的研究。通過分析得出游客滿意度主要影響因素,并運用訪談法、德爾菲法等方法得出各要素的指標(biāo),選取衡山景區(qū)內(nèi)的游客作為樣本進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,以獲取實證數(shù)據(jù)和信息,經(jīng)過統(tǒng)計調(diào)查與整理后利用統(tǒng)計軟件SPSSl5.0進(jìn)行分析。運用IPA、配對T檢驗等方法對衡山游客在景區(qū)的旅游六要素“食、住、行、游、購、娛"和總體印象共七個方面的滿意度與重要性進(jìn)行分析,從中尋找和分析衡山景區(qū)提供的各項產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)與游客期望之間的差距,指出衡山旅游產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),得出重點改正的指標(biāo),提出有針對性的管理建議與措施,以指導(dǎo)旅游產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的改進(jìn),對衡山如何提高游客滿意度,贏得游客的忠誠、增強(qiáng)綜合競爭力提出了對策。最后本文提出了進(jìn)一步研究的設(shè)想。關(guān)健詞:衡山景區(qū),滿意度,游客,IPA分析法ABSTRACTThe degree of satisfaction is the research hotspot in resent years.Domestic and foreign experts have already got certain achievement in thebasic theory and methods research of the customer satisfactionmeasurement.But the satisfaction research to scenic areas is not enough.With the vigorous development of modem tourism and tourism industrialrestructuring,tremendous change happened in the consumer demand.petition among the various scenic spots is graduallyincreasing.How to open source markets,to ensure a stable source oftourists es the focus of major scenic spots.The higher tourists’satisfaction is,the higher the loyalty is.The reality measurement of thetourist satisfaction,to find the weak links in the performance of Tourismin order to clear areas where improvement is needed to e animportant topic in the scenic area of the building.This paper conducted a preliminary study to the scenic touristsatisfaction,while Hingham Mountain asempirical subj ects.The mainfactors were dedved by analyzing tourist satisfaction.Interviews,DelphiMethod and other methods were used to get the variable elements.Hengshan tourists were selected as the survey samples to obtain empiricaldata and information,and then analyzing them using statistical softwareSPSS 1 5.0.This paper analyzes seven elements of satisfaction andimportance of the six elements of tourism“food,shelter,transportation,travel,shopping and entertainment”and the overall total impression toIIIthe tourists in the scenic area of Mount Hengshan through using IPA,paired T test methods and SO on to look for and analysis the gap betweenthe expectations of toufists and the goods and services provided by theHengshan Scenic Spot,pointing out the weaknesses of the tourismproducts and services in Mount Hengshan.It proposed targetedmanagement mendations and measures to guide the improvementof tourism products and services,it also proposed the countermeasures onhow to improve tourists’the degree of satisfaction in Hengshan,win theloyalty of visitors and enhance petitiveness.Finally,this paperput forward the idea of further study.Key Words:Hengshan Scenic area,the degree of satisfaction,Tourist,IPA methodIV湖南師范大學(xué)學(xué)位論文原創(chuàng)性聲明本人鄭重聲明:所呈交的學(xué)位論文,是本人在導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下,獨立進(jìn)行研究工作所取得的成果。除文中已經(jīng)注明引用的內(nèi)容外,本論文不含任何其他個人或集體已經(jīng)發(fā)表或撰寫過的作品成果。對本文的研究做出重要
