【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家“十二五”旅游規(guī)劃的推進(jìn),旅游業(yè)已經(jīng)被國(guó)家定位為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的戰(zhàn)略性支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),同時(shí)將人民群眾是否滿(mǎn)意作為衡量其發(fā)展的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。因此,旅游目的地的旅游感知成為了學(xué)者、游經(jīng)營(yíng)者關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。西北五省區(qū)是指陜西省、甘肅省、新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)、寧夏回族自治區(qū)和青海省,該區(qū)域占據(jù)著我國(guó)國(guó)土面積的三分之一,區(qū)內(nèi)旅游資源豐富、種類(lèi)繁多,,然而旅游客源市場(chǎng)的規(guī)模卻與這種資源豐度不相匹配。本文以西北五省區(qū)旅游目的地為研究對(duì)象,在旅游目的地形象感知理論、游客滿(mǎn)意度理論以及相關(guān)測(cè)評(píng)模型的理論指導(dǎo)下,通過(guò)對(duì)廣州市民的實(shí)地問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)分析、模型分析等方法,理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,對(duì)西北五省區(qū)旅游目的地旅游進(jìn)行排序分級(jí),旨在促進(jìn)區(qū)域旅游的發(fā)展,達(dá)到旅游資源與客源市場(chǎng)的相適合。 本文的研究分為以下幾個(gè)部分:第一部分是旅游感知、游客滿(mǎn)意度相關(guān)研究的文獻(xiàn)回顧;第二部分是文章的理論基礎(chǔ),對(duì)旅游目的地形象感知的概念、影響因素和游客滿(mǎn)意度的概念、影響因素及測(cè)評(píng)模型進(jìn)行了理論研究;第三部分為文章的主體部分,首先介紹研究區(qū)域的概況,包括區(qū)域旅游資源概況和旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;根據(jù)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查獲得的數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)受訪(fǎng)者基本信息、出游偏好、旅游動(dòng)機(jī)、影響因素以及各省區(qū)旅游目的地旅游者感知進(jìn)行了分析;以IPA分析法為基礎(chǔ)模型,結(jié)合SWOT分析,根據(jù)受訪(fǎng)者對(duì)各景點(diǎn)的評(píng)價(jià)值對(duì)景區(qū)和旅游城市分級(jí)排序,將40個(gè)景點(diǎn)、14個(gè)旅游城市分為四個(gè)區(qū)域:優(yōu)勢(shì)區(qū)、機(jī)會(huì)區(qū)、劣勢(shì)區(qū)和威脅區(qū);最后根據(jù)所得結(jié)論,提出相關(guān)政策建議,旨在促進(jìn)區(qū)域旅游發(fā)展,擴(kuò)大旅游客源市場(chǎng)。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of the 12th Five-Year Plan, tourism has been positioned as a strategic pillar industry of the national economy, and whether the people are satisfied or not is regarded as the standard of its development. Tourism perception of tourism destinations has become the focus of scholars and tour operators. The five northwest provinces are Shaanxi, Gansu, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, Ningxia Hui Autonomous region and Qinghai Province. This area occupies 1/3 of the land area of our country. The tourism resources in the region are rich and varied. However, the size of the tourist market does not match with the abundance of the resources. This paper takes the tourism destination of the five northwest provinces as the research object, in the tourism destination image perception theory. Under the guidance of the theory of tourist satisfaction and related evaluation model, through the field survey of Guangzhou citizens, using data analysis, model analysis and other methods, theory and practice are combined. In order to promote the development of regional tourism, the tourism of the five provinces and regions in Northwest China is ranked in order to meet the requirements of tourism resources and tourist market. This paper is divided into the following parts: the first part is the tourism perception, tourist satisfaction related research literature review; The second part is the theoretical basis of the article, the concept of tourism destination image perception, influencing factors and tourist satisfaction, factors and evaluation model of theoretical research; The third part is the main part of the article, first introduces the general situation of the study region, including the regional tourism resources and tourism development situation; Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire, this paper analyzes the basic information, travel preference, tourism motivation, influencing factors and tourist perception of tourist destination in various provinces and regions. Based on the IPA analysis model and SWOT analysis, 40 scenic spots were ranked according to the evaluation value of the respondents to the scenic spots and tourist cities. The 14 tourist cities are divided into four regions: dominant area, opportunity area, inferior area and threat area; Finally, according to the conclusions, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of regional tourism and expand the tourist market.
