【摘要】:主題公園是一種重要的旅游產(chǎn)品,它的興起也是世界旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)之一,建設(shè)主題公園一直是很多國(guó)家與地區(qū)發(fā)展城市旅游產(chǎn)品眾所矚目的焦點(diǎn)之一。建設(shè)主題公園是城市發(fā)展旅游業(yè)的有效途徑,它的成功開(kāi)發(fā)能很大地增強(qiáng)該地區(qū)的旅游輻射能力,提高本地居民的游憩娛樂(lè)水平,促進(jìn)該地區(qū)的城市建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)該地區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 80年代后期,伴隨著深圳錦繡中華主題公園的巨大成功,我國(guó)的主題公園獲得了快速的發(fā)展,速度及規(guī)模都非?捎^。在空間分布上,由于主題公園對(duì)市場(chǎng)區(qū)位的特殊要求,我國(guó)的主題公園主要集中在環(huán)渤海、長(zhǎng)三角和珠三角等東部沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)。近些年,在國(guó)家中部崛起和西部大開(kāi)發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的政策支持下,我國(guó)中西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)獲得了飛快的發(fā)展,逐漸形成了中原城市群、武漢城市圈、長(zhǎng)株潭城市圈和成渝城市圈等新興城市群,鑒于此,主題公園應(yīng)該向這些地區(qū)逐步推進(jìn)。武漢市作為這些新興地區(qū)的典型代表城市,近些年來(lái),雖然在主題公園建設(shè)上花費(fèi)了很大的精力,但始終沒(méi)有形成具有典型代表性的大型主題公園,這與武漢市在中部地區(qū)甚至在全國(guó)的位置是不相符的,武漢市亟需建設(shè)具有強(qiáng)大影響力的品牌主題公園。 以地理學(xué)的區(qū)位理論、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的生命周期理論和管理學(xué)的利益相關(guān)者理論為指導(dǎo),綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法、空間分析法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和圖形圖表輔助法等研究方法,在明確我國(guó)主題公園空間分布的基礎(chǔ)上,分析武漢市主題公園在全國(guó)的空間位置與功能位置,并調(diào)查分析武漢市建設(shè)大型主題公園的需求潛力,以此為依據(jù),為武漢市大型主題公園建設(shè)提出合理化建議。通過(guò)對(duì)武漢市主題公園的現(xiàn)實(shí)背景和市場(chǎng)潛力的系統(tǒng)研究,可以得出結(jié)論:武漢市在建設(shè)大型主題公園上是有必要的也是可行的,武漢市亟需建設(shè)具有強(qiáng)大區(qū)域輻射力的品牌主題公園。
[Abstract]:Theme park is an important tourism product, its rise is also one of the trends of the world tourism development. The construction of theme parks has been one of the focal points of many countries and regions to develop urban tourism products. The construction of theme parks is an effective way for urban tourism development. Its successful development can greatly enhance the capacity of tourism radiation, improve the level of recreation and recreation of local residents, promote the urban construction and realize the sustainable development of the region. In 80s, with the great success of Shenzhen's splendid Chinese theme park, the theme park of our country has obtained the rapid development, the speed and the scale are very considerable, in the spatial distribution. Due to the special requirements of the theme parks on the market location, the theme parks in China mainly focus on the Bohai Sea, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and other eastern coastal economic developed areas in recent years. Under the policy support of the rise of the central part of China and the development of the western region, the economy of the central and western regions of China has been developing rapidly, and gradually formed the Central Plains Urban agglomeration and Wuhan City Circle. Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban circle and Chengdu-Chongqing urban circle and other emerging urban agglomeration, in view of this, theme parks should be gradually promoted to these areas. Wuhan, as a typical representative city of these emerging regions, in recent years. Although in the construction of theme park spent a lot of energy, but has never formed a typical large-scale theme park, which is inconsistent with Wuhan in the central region and even in the national position. Wuhan is in urgent need of building a brand theme park with strong influence. Guided by geographical location theory, life cycle theory of economics and stakeholder theory of management, literature analysis method and spatial analysis method are used synthetically. On the basis of defining the spatial distribution of theme parks in China, this paper analyzes the spatial position and function of Wuhan theme parks in the whole country. And investigate and analyze the demand potential of Wuhan city to build large theme park, and take this as the basis. Through the systematic research on the realistic background and market potential of Wuhan theme park, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the construction of Wuhan large-scale theme park. It can be concluded that Wuhan is necessary and feasible in building large theme parks, and it is urgent to build brand theme parks with strong regional radiation power.
