【摘要】：旅游體驗這一課題日益成為學界研究的熱點,其背景正是傳統(tǒng)的觀光旅游已經(jīng)無法滿足人們日益提升的需求。在經(jīng)濟持續(xù)高速增長、人民生活水平迅速提高的今天,旅游者們關注的重點更多的集中在了獲得別致而又深刻的旅游體驗。影視主題公園結合了文化、影視與旅游,恰是可以滿足游客這一需求的旅游產(chǎn)品。我國影視主題公園的相關項目在短時間內大量涌現(xiàn)的一場開發(fā)熱潮過后,逐漸暴露出了許多旅游體驗質量方面的問題。國外學者對旅游體驗質量的研究已經(jīng)相對成熟,國內學者對于這一領域也展開了較多的相關研究,但是針對不同的研究對象的理論仍不夠成熟完善,因此本研究結合國內外學者的成果,對影視主題公園的旅游體驗質量進行了針對性的研究。 本文在對國內外影視旅游、主題公園及旅游體驗的相關研究文獻進行詳細梳理的基礎之上,以無錫影視主題公園為調研對象,對影視主題公園旅游體驗質量進行了實證研究。主要采用文獻研究、問卷調查、因子分析和方差分析的方法,建立了針對影視主題公園的旅游體驗模型、設計了對其體驗質量的測評體系并通過實證調研進行修正調整。本文分為六章,第一章介紹了研究的背景、目的、意義以及研究方法技術路線;第二章界定了影視旅游、主題公園和旅游體驗三個概念,綜述分析了相關研究的現(xiàn)狀,提出對未來研究方向的設想;第三章介紹了研究的理論基礎;第四章則在理論基礎上,結合現(xiàn)有研究成果建立了理論模型與測評體系,并設計了相應的調查問卷,介紹了數(shù)據(jù)分析采用的方法;第五章之中以無錫影視主題公園為對象進行了問卷調查,通過因子分析與方差分析,得出了5維度29指標的測評體系,并根據(jù)實證分析結果提出了旅游管理的意見與建議;第六章是對文章的總結,概括了研究的結論,并探索性的對未來的研究方向進行了展望與推測。
[Abstract]:The research of tourism experience has become a hotspot of academic research, the background is the traditional tourism has been unable to meet the increasing demand of people. In the sustained rapid economic growth, people's living standards improved rapidly today, tourists focus more in the unique and profound tourism experience. Movie theme park combines culture, film and tourism, is precisely to meet the needs of the tourists tourism products. After an upsurge of development projects related to television theme park in China in a short time in large numbers, gradually exposed many problems about the quality of tourism experience. Foreign scholars on the quality of tourism experience research has been relatively mature, domestic scholars in this field also carried out related research more, but according to the different research object of the theory is still not perfect, because of this Combined with the achievements of scholars at home and abroad, the research on the tourism experience quality of film and television theme parks is studied.
Based on the domestic and foreign film and television tourism, theme parks and tourism experience based on the related research literature are detailed, with the Wuxi movie theme park as the research object, on the quality of film theme park tourism experience by empirical research. Mainly uses the literature research method, questionnaire survey, factor analysis and variance analysis, the establishment of tourism the experience model for the movie theme park, designed on the experience of the quality evaluation system through empirical research and adjusting. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter introduces the research background, purpose, significance and research methods of the technical route; the second chapter defines tourism, theme parks and tourism experience three concepts review, analysis of the current situation of relevant research, put forward the suggestion for the future research direction; the third chapter introduces the theoretical basis of the study; the fourth chapter on the basis of theory, knot Combination of existing research to establish a theoretical model and evaluation system, and designs the questionnaire, describes the methods used in data analysis; the fifth chapter in the Wuxi movie theme park as the object of the questionnaire, through factor analysis and variance analysis, the evaluation system of the 5 dimensions of 29 indicators, according to the empirical analysis the results put forward opinions and suggestions of tourism management; the sixth chapter is the summary of this paper, summarizes the research conclusion, and explores future research directions were discussed and speculated.
