漓江流域鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)轉型升級研究

【摘要】:我國鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)在20多年的發(fā)展過程中,經(jīng)歷了資源特色導向時期、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動時期、政府政策驅動時期,最終進入了現(xiàn)在的市場需求導向時期。桂林是國家旅游綜合改革試驗區(qū)和國家服務業(yè)綜合改革試點區(qū)域,鄉(xiāng)村旅游是桂林旅游綜合改革試驗區(qū)的一個重要的組成部分,漓江流域作為桂林旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的核心區(qū)域,近些年漓江流域鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展取得了很好的成績,但是與鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展成熟的國家和地區(qū)相比,鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展還處于初級階段,產(chǎn)業(yè)問題明顯且發(fā)展嚴重滯后于需求的變化,鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)需要轉型升級。 本篇論文在對鄉(xiāng)村旅游以及產(chǎn)業(yè)轉型升級相關文獻和理論研究的基礎上構建了由鄉(xiāng)村旅游需求驅動、鄉(xiāng)村旅游供給驅動、政府行為驅動、社區(qū)居民行為驅動、旅游媒介驅動和鄉(xiāng)村旅游研究驅動六個部分組成的鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)轉型升級驅動模型,并對其驅動機制以及鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)轉型升級路徑進行研究。在對漓江流域的鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)進行調(diào)查之前,對漓江流域鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展概況進行了分析,包括漓江流域的自然經(jīng)濟概況、·鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程、鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源情況和鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)模式。 然后,運用問卷調(diào)查法對于漓江流域的鄉(xiāng)村旅游市場需求和游客的體驗感知情況進行了調(diào)查,運用訪談法和實地觀察法對漓江流域的鄉(xiāng)村旅游企業(yè)經(jīng)營者和鄉(xiāng)村旅游相關政府部門進行了走訪,并運用定量和定性相結合的方法對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進行整理與分析,結果表明了在漓江流域鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在以下問題:鄉(xiāng)村旅游企業(yè)數(shù)量多,規(guī)模。秽l(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品層次低,內(nèi)容單一,項目雷同;鄉(xiāng)村旅游企業(yè)經(jīng)營粗放;鄉(xiāng)村旅游經(jīng)營者和從業(yè)者素質(zhì)普遍較低;鄉(xiāng)村旅游地社區(qū)參與不夠;政府行為有待完善等。 基于對鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)轉型升級驅動機制的探索以及升級路徑研究的結論,針對漓江流域鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題,提出了漓江流域的鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)轉型升級的路徑和建議:其一,漓江流域的鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結構轉型升級;其二,漓江流域鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中相關政府的行為的轉型升級;其三,漓江流域鄉(xiāng)村旅游市場營銷的升級;其四,漓江流域鄉(xiāng)村旅游社區(qū)參與的升級;其五,漓江流域鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品的轉型升級;其六,漓江流域鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的轉型升級。 最后,總結文章的主要研究結論:第一,鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)轉型升級驅動模型包括六大部分:旅游需求驅動;旅游供給驅動;政府行為驅動;社區(qū)居民行為驅動;旅游媒介驅動;鄉(xiāng)村旅游研究驅動。各組成部分相互聯(lián)系,相互作用,共同推動鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉型升級。第二,鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)轉型升級的路徑:鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的轉型升級,政府行為的升級,鄉(xiāng)村旅游市場營銷的升級,鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品的轉型升級,社區(qū)參與的升級,鄉(xiāng)村旅游人才培養(yǎng)的升級。 本篇文章的創(chuàng)新點:其一,選擇江河流域,漓江流域,的鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)作為研究對象。其二,對鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)轉型機制進行了研究,構建了鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)轉型升級驅動模型。同時,本課題的研究也存在諸多不足之處,例如由于研究對象、研究范圍的限制,研究視野不夠開闊,有待拓展,以及自身研究能力的限制。
[Abstract]:In the course of the development of rural tourism industry for more than 20 years , the country tourism industry has experienced resource characteristic oriented period , agricultural industry driving period , government policy driving period , and finally entered the current market demand guiding period . Guilin is the core region of the development of national tourism comprehensive reform and the national service industry comprehensive reform pilot region . The rural tourism is the core region of Guilin tourism comprehensive reform . Based on the literature and theoretical research on the upgrade of rural tourism and industrial transformation , this paper constructs a model for the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism industry consisting of rural tourism demand drive , rural tourism supply drive , government behavior drive , community resident behavior drive , tourism media drive and rural tourism research . Then , the author surveys the market demand of rural tourism in the Lijiang river basin and the experience perception of the tourists by using the questionnaire method . The survey data is collated and analyzed by the interview method and the field observation method . The results show that there are many problems in the development of the rural tourism industry in the Lijiang river basin : the number of rural tourism enterprises is large , the scale is small , the level of the rural tourism products is low , the content is single , the quality of the rural tourism enterprises is low , the rural tourism operators and the practitioners are generally low in quality , the community participation in the rural tourism is not enough , and the government behavior needs to be improved . Based on the exploration of the driving mechanism of the transformation and upgrading of the rural tourism industry and the study of the upgrade path , the paper puts forward the path and suggestion of the transformation and upgrading of the rural tourism industry in the Lijiang river basin . Finally , the main research conclusions of the article are summarized as follows : First , the driving model of the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism industry includes six parts : tourism demand driving , tourism supply driving , government behavior driving , community residents behavior driving , tourism media driving , rural tourism research and driving , the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism industrial structure , promotion of government behavior , promotion of rural tourism marketing , transformation and upgrading of rural tourism products , promotion of community participation and upgrading of rural tourism personnel training . At the same time , the research of this subject has many shortcomings , such as the limitation of the scope of research , the lack of research scope , the need to expand , and the limitation of its own research ability .
