【摘要】：在海南國際旅游島建設(shè)成為國家戰(zhàn)略的同時,以旅游業(yè)為龍頭的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)將會成為支撐海南長遠發(fā)展的重要產(chǎn)業(yè)。雖然海南省是中國的第二大海島,擁有獨特的資源優(yōu)勢,國家以及海南省也頒布了相關(guān)政策和文件支持其發(fā)展,使海南省具有建設(shè)國際旅游島的諸多優(yōu)勢條件,但目前由于國際旅游島的建設(shè)還處于雛形階段,阻礙其可持續(xù)發(fā)展的問題也較多。因此,探索一種適合海南國際旅游島建設(shè),連接和整合海南各種類各區(qū)域旅游資源并具有海南特色,把海南島建設(shè)成為一個生態(tài)島、文化島、健康島、休閑島(傅治平,2009),推動海南長遠發(fā)展的新模式就顯得極為重要。本文通過國內(nèi)外相關(guān)概念的理念研究及實踐探索,以海南國際旅游島建設(shè)為契機,把具有非常豐富的自然和人文景觀資源的海南島整個島域看成一個國家公園為切入點,把連接和整合海南各種類各區(qū)域旅游資源并具有海南特色的慢行旅游廊道系統(tǒng)為其操作平臺,對慢行旅游廊道系統(tǒng)空間體系基本模型進行探索,并以�？谑杏驗閷嶒瀰^(qū)探索海南島域國家公園慢行旅游廊道系統(tǒng)空間體系規(guī)劃的構(gòu)建。最終達到對島域范圍內(nèi)慢行系統(tǒng)空間體系規(guī)劃提出科學而嚴謹?shù)睦碚撘罁?jù)和部分基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),形成既符合海南發(fā)展又能促進海南國際旅游島建設(shè)所需慢行旅游廊道系統(tǒng)的第一手資料。對海南省全省范圍內(nèi)的景觀資源的保護與利用,旅游的開發(fā)等多領(lǐng)域多行業(yè)提供參考,力求使得海南省旅游廊道中的慢行系統(tǒng)與地方旅游及社會經(jīng)濟、環(huán)境保護等形成一個完整的體系,促進和規(guī)范海南國際旅游島開發(fā)建設(shè)的科學性,可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。本文的脈絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)是第一章序言說明其構(gòu)建的背景方法及技術(shù)路線等,第二章介紹慢行旅游廊道系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ)以及就最近國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究進行簡要總結(jié),第三章對海南國際旅游島建設(shè)的最大優(yōu)勢島域范圍內(nèi)景觀旅游資源進行簡要分析提出問題,對所提出的問題進行探索——“國家公園”模式的構(gòu)建,海南慢行旅游廊道系統(tǒng)空間體系的構(gòu)建是島域國家公園空間形式構(gòu)建的骨架與核心,第四章探索慢行旅游廊道系統(tǒng)空間體系的基本模型,第五章以�？谑杏驗槔M行實踐證明,第六章進行研究總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:In the construction of Hainan international tourism island has become the national strategy at the same time, the tourism industry as the leading modern service industry will become an important industry to support the long-term development of Hainan. Although Hainan province is the second largest island China, has unique advantages in resources, the state and Hainan province has promulgated relevant policies and documents to support its development,. Hainan province has many advantages on the construction of the international tourism island, but due to the construction of the international tourism island is still in the embryonic stage, many problems also hinder the sustainable development. Therefore, to explore a suitable for the construction of Hainan international tourism island, Hainan connection and integration of various regional tourism resources and has the characteristics of Hainan, the construction of Hainan Island as an ecological island, island culture, health, leisure Island (Fu Zhiping, 2009), is a new mode for promoting the long-term development of Hainan is very important. In this paper, domestic and foreign Research and practice of concept exploration concepts, with the construction of Hainan international tourism island as an opportunity to have a very rich natural and cultural landscape resources in Hainan Island region as a whole Island National Park as a starting point, the connection and integration of various regional tourism resources of Hainan and Hainan has the characteristics of slow Tourism Corridor system the operation platform for the basic model of slow tourism corridor system space exploration system, and taking Haikou city as the experimentation area to explore the construction of slow tourism corridor system space system planning of Hainan Island Area National Park. In order to put forward scientific and rigorous theoretical basis and some basic data on the island in the range of slow system space system planning, which can also promote the development of Hainan in line with the slow travel corridor system required for the construction of Hainan international tourism island first-hand information on Hainan province within the province. The protection and utilization of landscape resources, to provide reference in many fields of tourism development and other industries, and strive to make Hainan Province Tourism Corridor in the slow system and local tourism and social economy, environmental protection and constitute a complete system of science, to promote and regulate the development and construction of Hainan international tourism island, sustainability the structure of this paper is context development. The first chapter explains the background of the construction method and technical route. The second chapter introduces the slow tourism corridor construction related theories and summarizes the related research recently at home and abroad, the third chapter the biggest advantage of domain of island of Hainan international tourism island construction landscape a brief analysis of the tourism resources, on the issues raised by the exploration of constructing the "State Park" mode, slow construction of Hainan tourism corridor system space system is I. The framework and core of the spatial form construction of the national parks. The fourth chapter explores the basic model of the slow travel corridor system spatial system. The fifth chapter takes Haikou city as an example to demonstrate the practice, and the sixth chapter summarizes the research.
