【摘要】：休閑農(nóng)業(yè)是第一和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)相結(jié)合,并將農(nóng)業(yè)、休閑、服務(wù)、城市游客四者揉成一個(gè)緊密聯(lián)系的整體的新型產(chǎn)業(yè)。改革開放以來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,人們的生活水平有了顯著的提高,對(duì)享受生活的需求也越來越多,品質(zhì)越來越高,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)和生態(tài)旅游因此在各地迅速發(fā)展起來。休閑農(nóng)業(yè)和生態(tài)旅游的發(fā)展,離不開合理的規(guī)劃建設(shè),這就要求政府以及相關(guān)單位和部門、企業(yè)的通力合作,制定詳細(xì)周密的規(guī)劃建設(shè)綱要。 論文在綜合國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)三明市陳大鎮(zhèn)具體狀況進(jìn)行了開發(fā)建設(shè)方面的分析。研究結(jié)果認(rèn)為：(1)陳大鎮(zhèn)的區(qū)域條件、形象要素和市場(chǎng)潛力良好,適宜開發(fā)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)與生態(tài)旅游；(2)陳大鎮(zhèn)應(yīng)立足當(dāng)?shù)氐霓r(nóng)林資源優(yōu)勢(shì)、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)和資源要素亮點(diǎn),圍繞“2山1灣”、“6村1帶”的特色,按照“農(nóng)、林一體”,“山、水一色”,“休、養(yǎng)一套”的建設(shè)理念,打造一個(gè)集農(nóng)林生產(chǎn)、農(nóng)業(yè)觀光、森林游憩、生態(tài)休閑和養(yǎng)生度假為一體的城市“后花園”；(3)陳大鎮(zhèn)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)與生態(tài)旅游的開發(fā)是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程,需要從產(chǎn)業(yè)地位、隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、營(yíng)銷宣傳、環(huán)境保護(hù)、資金籌措、技術(shù)依托等多方面加強(qiáng)給予政策支持和配套服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture is the combination of the first and the third industry, and agriculture, leisure services, tourist city, the four knead into a whole new industry closely. Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of economy and the progress of the society, people's living standard has been greatly improved, to enjoy life demand more and more, more and more high quality, leisure agriculture and ecological tourism in the country developed rapidly. The development of leisure agriculture and ecological tourism planning and construction, cannot do without reasonable, which requires the government and relevant units and departments, enterprises to formulate detailed planning and construction program.
Based on the comprehensive domestic and foreign related research foundation, according to the specific situation of Sanming City Chen town development and construction are analyzed. The results show that: (1) Chen town regional conditions, image elements and the market potential is good, suitable for development of leisure agriculture and ecological tourism; (2) Chen Town should be based on the advantages of local agricultural and forestry resources the industrial development foundation and resource elements, highlight around the "2 mountains and 1 bay", "6 Village 1" characteristics, in accordance with the "agricultural development, forest", "mountain, water color", "Hugh, raise a set of" building concept, create a set of agricultural production, agricultural sightseeing, forest recreation ecological leisure and health resort, as one of the "City Garden"; (3) the development of Chen town leisure agriculture and ecological tourism is a system engineering, from the industry position, team construction, marketing, environmental protection, finance, technology and other aspects and relying on Strong policy support and supporting services.
