【摘要】：黨的十八大報(bào)告提出建設(shè)“美麗中國(guó)”的愿景是經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)、政治建設(shè)、文化建設(shè)、社會(huì)建設(shè)、生態(tài)文明建設(shè)齊頭并進(jìn),形成五位一體的發(fā)展模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族永續(xù)發(fā)展.“美麗中國(guó)”最美在“鄉(xiāng)村”,“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”建設(shè)凸顯了生態(tài)文明的自然之美、體現(xiàn)了科學(xué)發(fā)展的和諧之美、展現(xiàn)了溫暖感人的人文之美,是“美麗中國(guó)”的縮影。2013年寧化縣提出“客家風(fēng)情·美麗鄉(xiāng)村”三年行動(dòng)計(jì)劃,“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”的大力建設(shè),為寧化縣湖村鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展提供了良好的契機(jī)。湖村鎮(zhèn)是寧化縣知名的旅游地,在“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”建設(shè)的推動(dòng)下,鄉(xiāng)村旅游已成為熱點(diǎn),但是由于缺乏全面的規(guī)劃導(dǎo)致開(kāi)發(fā)不合理,資源被過(guò)度利用,造成生態(tài)環(huán)境被破壞,部分景點(diǎn)的不合理復(fù)制,使鄉(xiāng)村旅游失去了自然的本色,鄉(xiāng)村旅游過(guò)于看中短期效益,發(fā)展前景和空間受到局限。筆者在撰寫(xiě)此論文時(shí)搜集大量資料,尤其是對(duì)國(guó)外的鄉(xiāng)村旅游方面所取得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和成果及國(guó)內(nèi)“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”建設(shè)、鄉(xiāng)村旅游取得的成績(jī)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)加以分析,以寧化縣湖村鎮(zhèn)在美麗鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)中的鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。采用SWOT分析法,通過(guò)對(duì)寧化縣湖村鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、前景進(jìn)行綜合分析,并客觀(guān)分析了湖村鎮(zhèn)在旅游業(yè)的優(yōu)劣之處,提出今后寧化縣湖村鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展將會(huì)面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)；通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查法和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法對(duì)寧化縣湖村鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游情況進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)全面調(diào)查,并以此為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行慎密的研究,總結(jié)本地旅游資源類(lèi)型,走訪(fǎng)調(diào)查了寧化縣湖村鎮(zhèn)所有的村居,了解了“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”建設(shè)對(duì)發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游的影響；最后,結(jié)合“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”建設(shè)“宜居宜業(yè)宜游”的目標(biāo),提出寧化縣湖村鎮(zhèn)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展方向,遵循可持續(xù)發(fā)展的原則制定具體方案,本論文理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the vision of building a "beautiful China": economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction, ecological civilization construction and the formation of a five-in-one development model. To realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. "Beautiful China" is the most beautiful in the "countryside", "beautiful countryside" construction highlights the natural beauty of ecological civilization, and reflects the harmonious beauty of scientific development. In 2013, Ninghua County put forward a three-year action plan of "Hakka style 路beautiful village", "beautiful village" construction. It has provided a good opportunity for the development of rural tourism in Hucun Town, Ninghua County, which is a well-known tourist destination in Ninghua County, and has become a hot spot under the promotion of the construction of "beautiful village". However, the lack of comprehensive planning leads to unreasonable development, excessive use of resources, resulting in the destruction of the ecological environment, unreasonable replication of some scenic spots, so that rural tourism has lost its natural nature. Rural tourism is too focused on short-term benefits, development prospects and space is limited. The author collected a lot of information when writing this paper. In particular, the experience and achievements of rural tourism abroad and the construction of "beautiful villages" in China, the achievements and experiences of rural tourism are analyzed. This paper makes an empirical study on the development of rural tourism in the construction of beautiful villages and towns in Ninghua County. By using the SWOT analysis method, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the present situation and prospects of rural tourism in Hucun Town, Ninghua County. And objectively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Hucun Town in the tourism industry, and puts forward the opportunities and challenges to the future development of Hucun Village Tourism in Ninghua County. Through the field investigation method and questionnaire survey method to the Ninghua County Hucun village and rural tourism situation of a systematic and comprehensive investigation, and on the basis of careful research, summed up the types of local tourism resources. Visit and investigate all the villages and houses in Lake Town, Ninghua County, and understand the impact of the construction of "beautiful villages" on the development of rural tourism; Finally, combined with the goal of "beautiful village" construction "suitable to live in and suitable for tourism", the paper puts forward the development direction of tourism in Hucun town, Ninghua county, and follows the principle of sustainable development to formulate specific plan. This paper combines theory with practice. It is of practical significance.
