【摘要】:我國(guó)快速經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和人民生活水平的提高促進(jìn)了旅游業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,也致使城市旅游用地需求大量增加。同時(shí)近些年在許多城市廣泛推行的文化引導(dǎo)型城市更新更加速了文化景區(qū)用地的大量開(kāi)發(fā)。文化引導(dǎo)型城市更新作為當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外重要的城市發(fā)展模式給地方經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)帶來(lái)了諸多好處,但我國(guó)有些城市出現(xiàn)了文化景區(qū)粗放開(kāi)發(fā),土地利用集約化程度低、土地資源浪費(fèi)等問(wèn)題。對(duì)文化景區(qū)土地集約利用的研究成果,將對(duì)景區(qū)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理部門(mén)及政府管理部門(mén)都具有重要的參考價(jià)值。本研究以古城西安為例,以土地資源管理、城市規(guī)劃、旅游管理等學(xué)科基本理論為研究基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)合已有文獻(xiàn)資料,首先建立了由自然環(huán)境、生態(tài)、社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)四大類(lèi)17個(gè)指標(biāo)構(gòu)成的集約評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,其中景區(qū)區(qū)位、資源質(zhì)素、特色、價(jià)格、綜合配套是影響土地利用集約度最重要的指標(biāo)。并選取2000年后新建或重大投資改建的18個(gè)主要文化景區(qū)作為樣本,采用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)等方法,開(kāi)展了西安市旅游文化景區(qū)用地的集約利用評(píng)價(jià)研究。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)文化景區(qū)的總體土地集約利用程度處于中等水平,并隨時(shí)間呈不斷下降趨勢(shì);(2)5A、4A、3A及以下景區(qū)土地利用集約度依次遞減;但文化主題公園類(lèi)景區(qū)和遺址及博物館類(lèi)景區(qū)土地利用集約度近似;(3)3A及以下各景區(qū)、文化主題公園類(lèi)各景區(qū)之間土地利用集約度差異明顯。在此基礎(chǔ)上論文分析了原因并提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The rapid economic growth in China and the improvement of the people's living standards have promoted the rapid development of the tourism industry, and also resulted in a large increase in the demand for urban tourism land. At the same time, the cultural guided urban renewal, which has been widely carried out in many cities in recent years, has accelerated the development of cultural scenic spots. As a major urban development mode at home and abroad, cultural guidance urban renewal has brought many benefits to the local economy and society. However, some cities in China have extensive problems such as extensive exploitation of cultural sites, low intensity of land use and waste of land resources. The research results of the intensive use of the land in the cultural scenic area will be of great reference value for the management department of the scenic area and the government management department. Taking the ancient city of Xi'an as an example, this study is based on the basic theories of land resource management, urban planning, tourism management and other basic theories. Combining with the existing literature, first established consists of natural environment, ecological, social and economic four categories of 17 indicators of the intensive evaluation index system, including scenic location, resources, features, price, the comprehensive effects of land use degree is the most important index of intensive. Taking the 18 main cultural scenic spots newly built or rebuilt in 2000 as samples, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to evaluate the intensive use of land in Xi'an tourist culture area. The results show that: (1) land intensive utilization degree of the overall culture of the area is in the middle level, and over time showed a downward trend; (2) 5A, 4A, 3A and scenic spots of land use intensity is decreasing; but the cultural theme park of intensive land use and approximate scenic sites and scenic spots (the museum; 3) between the 3A and the scenic and cultural theme park following the scenic land use intensity difference. On this basis, the paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward relevant suggestions.
