【摘要】：在“綠色”和“生態(tài)”概念日漸普及的今天,農(nóng)業(yè)和旅游業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)不斷提升,走生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的道路已成為“綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)”大背景下的一種自然選擇。生態(tài)農(nóng)莊作為生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)系統(tǒng)的市場主體,越來越受到人們的關(guān)注。開發(fā)和發(fā)展生態(tài)農(nóng)莊,對于解決農(nóng)村農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)民問題,建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村,加快農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化進(jìn)程,實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民收入的較快增長具有十分重要的意義。本文以邵東縣怡卉園生態(tài)農(nóng)莊為研究對象,綜述了國內(nèi)外生態(tài)農(nóng)莊的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及研究,圍繞生態(tài)農(nóng)莊的概念對生態(tài)農(nóng)莊的特點(diǎn)、類型及發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行了界定。通過就當(dāng)?shù)芈糜钨Y源和生態(tài)環(huán)境等的實(shí)地調(diào)查和文獻(xiàn)整理,獲取了相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)資料。根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果,運(yùn)用SWOT因素分析和定量分析方法,對該區(qū)域進(jìn)行了優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)會和威脅因素分析,并且對內(nèi)外部因素矩陣分析。分析結(jié)果得出怡卉園生態(tài)農(nóng)莊的內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢大于內(nèi)部劣勢,外部機(jī)遇大于外部威脅的評論,應(yīng)該采取因此應(yīng)采取依靠內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢利用外部機(jī)遇的發(fā)展型戰(zhàn)略。根據(jù)開發(fā)的指導(dǎo)思想及原則思路制定出了具體的開發(fā)方案,介紹了農(nóng)莊的總體布局、功能分區(qū)以及分區(qū)主要項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)。最后根據(jù)SWOT分析結(jié)果提出了生態(tài)農(nóng)莊發(fā)展的對策建議：抓住生態(tài)休閑旅游機(jī)遇,注重宣傳策劃,拓寬旅游市場；利用政策支持,提高旅游服務(wù)質(zhì)量；因地制宜,大力發(fā)展怡卉園生態(tài)農(nóng)莊特色產(chǎn)品。
[Abstract]:Today, with the popularization of "green" and "ecological" concept, the development of agriculture and tourism industry continues to improve. Taking the road of eco agriculture development has become a natural choice under the background of "green economy". Ecological farm, as the main body of the ecological agricultural system, has attracted more and more people's attention. The development and development of the ecological farm is of great significance for solving the problems of rural agriculture and farmers, building a new socialist countryside, speeding up the process of agricultural industrialization and realizing the rapid growth of farmers' income. This paper takes Shaodong Huihui garden ecological farm as the research object, summarizes the development status and research of the Eco Farm at home and abroad, and defines the characteristics, types and development mode of the Eco Farm Based on the concept of Eco Farm. The relevant basic information was obtained through field investigation and literature review on local tourism resources and ecological environment. According to the survey results, we use SWOT factor analysis and quantitative analysis method to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the region, and analyze the internal and external factors matrix. The results show that the internal advantages of Yi Huiyuan Eco Farm are greater than the internal disadvantages, and the external opportunities outweigh the external threats. Therefore, we should take the development strategy based on internal advantages and external opportunities. According to the guidelines and principles of development, the specific development plan has been worked out, and the overall layout, functional zoning and design of the main projects of the farm have been introduced. According to the results of SWOT analysis and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of ecological farm ecological leisure tourism development: seize the opportunity, pay attention to the publicity, expand the tourist market; the use of policy support, improve the quality of tourism services; according to local conditions, vigorously develop the Yi Hui Garden Village specialty products.
