【摘要】：正一、高校后勤財務(wù)治理存在的問題高校后勤工作是教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)和保障,與高校教學(xué)和科研事業(yè)的發(fā)展息息相關(guān)。為了改善高校后勤財務(wù)管理機(jī)制落后的局面,將高等教育的改革進(jìn)一步深化,20世紀(jì)80年代起,我國高校后勤走上了社會化改造的道路。但是,由于諸多方面的原因,我國高校后勤的改革并沒有使得高校后勤財務(wù)管理體制和運行機(jī)制實現(xiàn)根本性的轉(zhuǎn)變。(一)市場競爭意識嚴(yán)重缺乏由于行政干預(yù),后勤習(xí)慣于接受學(xué)校有關(guān)部門的安排,一直處于被動的地位。在對服務(wù)項目進(jìn)行
