【摘要】：正(一)實(shí)施穩(wěn)健戰(zhàn)略防范籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)建筑企業(yè)集團(tuán)在經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展過(guò)程中要合理安排籌資期限,以穩(wěn)健、較低成本的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)資金籌措。在進(jìn)行籌資決策時(shí),應(yīng)當(dāng)充分估計(jì)未來(lái)各種因素對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展的影響,努力在控制籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與謀求最大收益之間尋求均衡,既要通過(guò)合理的債務(wù)籌資獲取財(cái)務(wù)杠桿收益,又要努力規(guī)避由于籌資規(guī)模過(guò)大帶來(lái)的財(cái)
[Abstract]:In the process of operation and development, the construction enterprise group should arrange the time limit of raising funds reasonably and realize the financing in the way of steady and low cost. In making financing decisions, the impact of future factors on enterprise development should be fully estimated, and efforts should be made to find a balance between controlling financing risks and seeking maximum returns, both through reasonable debt financing to obtain financial leverage, We should also try to avoid the wealth brought about by the excessive scale of financing.
