高職師范案例教學(xué)存在的問題及提升策略探究

【摘要】:文章通過調(diào)研,采用調(diào)查問卷、訪談和觀察等調(diào)查方式,結(jié)合黑龍江省農(nóng)墾職業(yè)學(xué)院的案例教學(xué)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,探索了案例教學(xué)在高職師范專業(yè)中運(yùn)用的效果、存在的問題及相應(yīng)的策略。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前高職師范案例教學(xué)存在課程案例資源不足、針對性不強(qiáng)、教師缺乏引導(dǎo)技巧、案例教學(xué)角色定位不準(zhǔn)、案例教學(xué)實施缺乏良好的實施環(huán)境等問題。為此需要采取相應(yīng)策略,科學(xué)選擇適合師范教學(xué)的案例,積極構(gòu)建師范類課程案例庫;多渠道完善案例教學(xué)引導(dǎo)技巧,做好案例教學(xué)角色轉(zhuǎn)換;精心創(chuàng)設(shè)案例教學(xué)最佳環(huán)境,促使案例教學(xué)達(dá)到預(yù)期的效果。
[Abstract]:Through investigation, questionnaire, interview and observation, combined with the development of case teaching in Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation Vocational College, this paper explores the effect of case teaching in higher vocational college. Existing problems and corresponding strategies. It is found that there are some problems in the case teaching in higher vocational colleges, such as the shortage of curriculum case resources, the lack of pertinence, the lack of guiding skills, the misorientation of the role of case teaching, and the lack of a good implementation environment for the implementation of case teaching. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt the corresponding strategies, scientifically select the cases suitable for normal teaching, actively construct the case base of normal courses, improve the guiding skills of case teaching through many channels, and do a good job of changing the role of case teaching. To create the best case teaching environment, and to promote the case teaching to achieve the desired results.
