【摘要】：本文基于云浮電廠的實(shí)際情況，分析云浮電廠的成本結(jié)構(gòu)以及存在的問(wèn)題，并通過(guò)相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化調(diào)整降低成本，從而為企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)成本控制提供了一種思路和方法。 本文在查閱參考文獻(xiàn)，搜集數(shù)據(jù)和調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上，采用ABC成本法，通過(guò)描述——分析——總結(jié)的思路對(duì)云浮電廠的成本要因進(jìn)行分析，并結(jié)合實(shí)時(shí)在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)對(duì)成本進(jìn)行優(yōu)化控制，剖析了影響云浮電廠成本水平的主要因素,分析了該電廠在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、成本控制方法、對(duì)標(biāo)環(huán)節(jié)和燃料管理等方面存在的成本控制問(wèn)題。 通過(guò)建設(shè)云浮電廠實(shí)時(shí)在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)對(duì)電廠的各項(xiàng)變動(dòng)成本進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)分析，并基于敏度分析的方法，分析并掌握影響成本的重要因素，，對(duì)關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)的對(duì)標(biāo)管理，這樣能有效避免成本控制的滯后。 最后，本文結(jié)合云浮電廠的實(shí)際情況，提出了云浮電廠的成本控制優(yōu)化策略，并通過(guò)綜合效益評(píng)估證明該控制策略的有效性。
[Abstract]:Based on the actual situation of Yunfu Power Plant, this paper analyzes the cost structure and existing problems of Yunfu Power Plant, and through the corresponding optimization adjustment to reduce the cost, thus provides a way of thinking and method for the enterprise to realize the cost control. On the basis of consulting references, collecting data and investigating and studying, this paper adopts ABC cost method to analyze the cost factors of Yunfu Power Plant by describing, analyzing and summing up. Combined with the real-time on-line monitoring system to optimize the cost control, the main factors affecting the cost level of Yunfu Power Plant are analyzed, and the operation mode and cost control method of the power plant are analyzed. The cost control problems existed in the aspects of standard link and fuel management. Based on the method of sensitivity analysis, this paper analyses and grasps the important factors that affect the cost by building a real-time on-line monitoring system of Yunfu Power Plant, and focuses on the standard management of the key factors. This can effectively avoid the lag of cost control. Finally, according to the actual situation of Yunfu Power Plant, this paper puts forward the cost control optimization strategy of Yunfu Power Plant, and proves the effectiveness of the control strategy by comprehensive benefit evaluation.
