【摘要】：本文基于高層梯隊理論,構建了高管團隊智力資本、戰(zhàn)略柔性與企業(yè)績效間關系的理論模型,并以珠三角大中型制造企業(yè)為樣本,利用結構方程模型進行實證檢驗,結果表明:高管團隊智力資本對先動柔性和響應柔性均有正向影響;響應柔性對財務和非財務績效均有顯著正向影響,而先動柔性只對非財務績效有顯著影響;先動柔性對響應柔性有正向影響。此外,進一步的分析表明,高管團隊智力資本對財務和非財務績效均無直接影響,即戰(zhàn)略柔性在高管團隊智力資本與企業(yè)績效的關系中起完全中介作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of high-level echelon, this paper constructs a theoretical model of the relationship among intellectual capital, strategic flexibility and enterprise performance of executive team, and takes the large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta as a sample to carry out empirical tests by using the structural equation model. The results show that the intellectual capital of the executive team has a positive effect on both proactive flexibility and response flexibility, and response flexibility has a significant positive impact on both financial and non-financial performance, while first-mover flexibility only has a significant impact on non-financial performance. The first moving flexibility has a positive effect on the response flexibility. In addition, the further analysis shows that the intellectual capital of the executive team has no direct influence on the financial and non-financial performance, that is, strategic flexibility plays a completely intermediary role in the relationship between the intellectual capital of the executive team and the performance of the firm.
