技術(shù)工人與會計師教育收益率的實證研究——基于兩省調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)的分析

【摘要】:文章依據(jù)微觀調(diào)研樣本數(shù)據(jù),采用區(qū)間回歸模型對不同就業(yè)群體的教育收益率進行了測算;窘Y(jié)論如下:第一,技術(shù)工人群體的教育收益率偏低,但從分級教育收益率角度分析,技術(shù)工人在大專教育的收益率要高于本科教育收益率;第二,專業(yè)與職業(yè)的匹配程度與工資收入呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān),但對技術(shù)工人的影響相對較小;第三,技工群體在積累一定工作經(jīng)驗的情況下,收入將出現(xiàn)較為明顯的提升。
[Abstract]:Based on the sample data of microcosmic investigation, this paper uses interval regression model to calculate the educational return rate of different employment groups. The basic conclusions are as follows: first, the rate of return on education of skilled workers is low, but from the perspective of graded rate of return on education, the rate of return of skilled workers in tertiary education is higher than that of undergraduate education; second, The matching degree between major and occupation is positively related to wage income, but the influence on skilled workers is relatively small. Thirdly, when the skilled workers accumulate certain working experience, the income will be increased obviously.
