【摘要】：目前高校會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)在教學(xué)理念、教學(xué)方法、課程體系、課程內(nèi)容等方面存在諸多問(wèn)題,學(xué)科史的教學(xué)和人文素養(yǎng)的培育尤為欠缺。一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)對(duì)方案,須按照現(xiàn)代教育"培育新人"的理念進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),以人文教育為主線(xiàn),將會(huì)計(jì)專(zhuān)業(yè)課程按"低"、"中"、"高"三級(jí)設(shè)置,由"博"到"約"、由"約"返"博",逐級(jí)推進(jìn)。該方案的實(shí)施,須以高校辦學(xué)理念的轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榍疤?通過(guò)修正研究生培養(yǎng)方案和科研考核辦法,突破師資匱乏的瓶頸。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many problems in the teaching idea, teaching method, curriculum system, curriculum content and so on, especially in the teaching of subject history and the cultivation of humanistic accomplishment. A systematic response plan should be designed according to the concept of "cultivating new people" in modern education, taking humanistic education as the main line, and setting up accounting courses at "low", "medium" and "high" levels. From "Bo" to "covenant", from "Covenant" return to "Bo", step by step. The implementation of this scheme must be based on the transformation of the idea of running a school in colleges and universities, and break through the bottleneck of the shortage of teachers through the revision of the postgraduate training scheme and the method of scientific research examination.
