【摘要】：摘要：本文通過深入學(xué)習(xí)了解國內(nèi)外目前對(duì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)的基本分析方法的基礎(chǔ)上,利用定性研究和定量研究相結(jié)合,以定量研究方法為主的分析評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)S公司年產(chǎn)5萬噸環(huán)保型增塑劑建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)分析,以此為投資建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的成功實(shí)施提供一個(gè)有利的參考。 論文首先在閱讀大量文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了目前國內(nèi)外對(duì)投資項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)研究現(xiàn)狀,并闡述行業(yè)生命周期等理論。然后對(duì)S公司及公司年產(chǎn)5萬噸環(huán)保型增塑劑建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的基本情況進(jìn)行了一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的介紹。論文的第四章通過對(duì)投資建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的整個(gè)資金過程進(jìn)行預(yù)估,估算了項(xiàng)目在固定資產(chǎn),成本費(fèi)用,收入利潤(rùn)及稅金等方面的現(xiàn)金流,為本文后期的投資項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)分析奠定了基礎(chǔ)。在論文第四章現(xiàn)金流估算的基礎(chǔ)上,第五章對(duì)投資項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)評(píng)價(jià),采用靜態(tài)與動(dòng)態(tài)結(jié)合,動(dòng)態(tài)分析法為主,定性與定量結(jié)合,定量研究方法為主的分析方法。通過計(jì)算投資項(xiàng)目的各項(xiàng)財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo),考察了項(xiàng)目在盈利能力,債務(wù)償還能力等方面的財(cái)務(wù)狀況,并據(jù)以分析投資項(xiàng)目在財(cái)務(wù)上面的可行性。隨后文章采用盈虧平衡分析法和敏感性分析法對(duì)項(xiàng)目可能遇到的不確定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了估計(jì),為防范項(xiàng)目可能在市場(chǎng),技術(shù),財(cái)務(wù)及管理上面可能遇到的相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并給出了相關(guān)建議。 總體上來看,S公司年產(chǎn)5萬噸環(huán)保型增塑劑建設(shè)項(xiàng)目在經(jīng)濟(jì)財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)估計(jì)中都顯示出了較好的結(jié)果,項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施具有理想的可行性。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: on the basis of deep study and understanding of the current basic analysis methods of project economic evaluation at home and abroad, this paper combines qualitative research with quantitative research. The analysis and evaluation method based on quantitative research method is used to analyze the economic evaluation technology of S Company's annual environmental protection plasticizer construction project, which provides a favorable reference for the successful implementation of investment and construction project. On the basis of reading a great deal of literature, this paper summarizes the present situation of economic evaluation of investment projects at home and abroad, and expounds the theory of industry life cycle. Then a brief introduction of S Company and its annual production of 50,000 tons of environmental plasticizer is given. The fourth chapter estimates the cash flow of the project in fixed assets, cost, income profit, tax and so on by estimating the whole capital process of the investment and construction project. It lays a foundation for the financial analysis of investment projects in the later stage of this paper. On the basis of the estimation of cash flow in the fourth chapter, the fifth chapter carries on the detailed economic and technical evaluation to the investment project, adopts the static and dynamic combination, the dynamic analysis method, the qualitative and the quantitative analysis method mainly, the quantitative research method is the main analysis method. By calculating the financial indexes of the investment project, the financial situation of the project in the aspects of profitability and debt repayment ability is investigated, and the feasibility of the investment project in finance is analyzed. Then the paper uses break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis to estimate the uncertain risks that the project may encounter, in order to guard against the related risks that the project may encounter in the market, technology, finance and management. Some suggestions are given. On the whole, the annual production of 50, 000 tons of environmental plasticizer construction project shows good results in economic and financial evaluation and risk estimation, and the implementation of the project has ideal feasibility.
