【摘要】：廣西是全國主要的蔗糖生產(chǎn)基地,多年來甘蔗產(chǎn)量、面積一直居于全國首位,蔗糖業(yè)已成為廣西的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),但是廣西的蔗糖業(yè)卻"只大不強"。文章針對作為廣西蔗糖生產(chǎn)原料的甘蔗進行生產(chǎn)成本分析,認為廣西甘蔗的生產(chǎn),雖然受諸多因素影響存在成本高、生產(chǎn)效率低等問題,但是只要能進行合理的成本核算、控制成本,廣西蔗糖業(yè)的發(fā)展前景還是很廣闊的。文章首先對廣西的甘蔗生產(chǎn)成本收益現(xiàn)狀進行分析,在此基礎上,對廣西甘蔗產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀、生產(chǎn)特點及生產(chǎn)成本項目等方面進行探討,揭示出甘蔗這一農(nóng)產(chǎn)品在生產(chǎn)成本核算及控制方面的問題,并提出相應的對策措施對廣西甘蔗的生產(chǎn)過程進行有效的成本控制。
[Abstract]:Guangxi is the main sugarcane production base in China. For many years, sugarcane production has been the largest in China. Sugar has become a pillar industry in Guangxi, but the sugar industry in Guangxi is "not strong enough". The paper analyzes the production cost of sugarcane, which is the raw material of sugar cane production in Guangxi, and points out that the sugarcane production in Guangxi is affected by many factors, such as high cost and low production efficiency, but only if reasonable cost accounting can be carried out. Control cost, the development prospect of Guangxi sucrose industry is very broad. Based on the analysis of the status quo of sugarcane production cost and income in Guangxi, the paper discusses the status quo, production characteristics and production cost items of sugarcane industry in Guangxi. The problems in the production cost accounting and control of sugarcane are revealed, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to effectively control the production process of sugarcane in Guangxi.
