【摘要】：為了適應(yīng)家電企業(yè)跨區(qū)域建設(shè)投資的需要,加強(qiáng)家電企業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)管理越來(lái)越必要。本文以A家電公司B建設(shè)項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)管理為研究課題,重點(diǎn)研究了A家電公司B建設(shè)項(xiàng)目全生命周期財(cái)務(wù)管理,即項(xiàng)目前期的財(cái)務(wù)管理、項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中的財(cái)務(wù)管理、項(xiàng)目竣工階段的財(cái)務(wù)管理以及后評(píng)價(jià)階段的財(cái)務(wù)管理,并利用項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)管理的一般理論和方法,分析和評(píng)價(jià)A公司B建設(shè)項(xiàng)目前期財(cái)務(wù)管理、項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程中的財(cái)務(wù)管理、項(xiàng)目竣工階段的財(cái)務(wù)管理以及后評(píng)價(jià)階段的財(cái)務(wù)管理,并給予相應(yīng)的建議,以達(dá)到指導(dǎo)A公司后期工業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)管理的目的。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of the inter regional construction investment of the household electrical appliance enterprises, it is becoming more and more necessary to strengthen the financial management of the construction project of the household electrical appliance enterprises. This paper takes the financial management of the B construction project of A household electrical appliance company as the research topic, and focuses on the whole life cycle financial management of the construction project of the A home appliance company B, that is, the financial management in the early stage of the project, and the money in the construction of the project. The financial management of the project completion stage and the financial management of the post evaluation stage and the general theory and method of the project financial management are used to analyze and evaluate the financial management of the A B construction project, the financial management in the project construction process, the financial management of the project completion stage and the financial management of the post evaluation stage, and the financial management of the post evaluation stage. Corresponding suggestions are put forward to guide the financial management of A company's late industrial construction projects.
