K公司多層廠房設(shè)施布局的改善研究

【摘要】:隨著企業(yè)對“第三利潤源泉”物流成本的重視,全球范圍內(nèi)的制造業(yè)都將工廠物流作為重點關(guān)注的對象。工廠物流是指物料或產(chǎn)品按照規(guī)定的工藝流程,以在制品的形式,經(jīng)過運輸、裝卸、加工、儲存等作業(yè)流程的生產(chǎn)全過程,即始終體現(xiàn)著物料或產(chǎn)品實物形態(tài)的流通過程。在這個過程中,物流系統(tǒng)將整個生產(chǎn)流通的各環(huán)節(jié)進行有機整合,而工廠設(shè)施布局是整個物流系統(tǒng)紐帶的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),合理的設(shè)施規(guī)劃與布局有利于提高生產(chǎn)力,降低物流成本。 本文以K公司A工廠的多層廠房為研究對象,運用工業(yè)工程的流程程序分析和物流路線分析,詳細分析了A工廠現(xiàn)有設(shè)備布局存在的問題。諸如工藝過程繁瑣導致物料搬運路線復雜、部分作業(yè)單元和部分生產(chǎn)設(shè)施設(shè)備的布置不科學,帶來上下貨運電梯過多的停滯等待等。 針對這些問題運用改進的SLP法,對現(xiàn)有設(shè)施布局進行優(yōu)化和改善。結(jié)合該工廠的實際情況,以物流為主的單元重點進行物流分析,采用日搬運量與作業(yè)單位間的距離乘積計算物流量。生產(chǎn)服務(wù)部門不同于生產(chǎn)單元,進行定性的密切關(guān)系性分析。綜合考慮作業(yè)單位間的相關(guān)性后,根據(jù)現(xiàn)有廠房布局的限制條件和修正因素,進行區(qū)域的重新分配和調(diào)整,得出兩套備選方案,所涉及的評價及參考基準,主要由該工廠廠長、科長及相關(guān)生產(chǎn)線組長討論后進行評判。對備選方案建立目標函數(shù)模型,最終選出最優(yōu)布置方案。通過新舊方案的系統(tǒng)流量矩和對比,論證了新方案的科學性。 不同于新建工廠的布置設(shè)計,本文主要目的是通過對舊廠房設(shè)施布局的改善,能夠有效節(jié)約該工廠內(nèi)部的物料搬運成本,解決生產(chǎn)過程中由于設(shè)施布局不合理帶來的各種瓶頸。
[Abstract]:With the attention of enterprises to the logistics cost of "the third profit source", factory logistics is regarded as the focus in the global manufacturing industry. Factory logistics refers to the whole process of production of materials or products in the form of in-process, transportation, loading, unloading, processing and storage according to the prescribed technological process, that is, the circulation process of material or product physical form is always reflected. In this process, the logistics system organically integrates the whole production and circulation links, and the factory facility layout is the key link of the whole logistics system. Reasonable facility planning and layout is conducive to improving productivity and reducing logistics costs. In this paper, taking the multi-storey factory building of factory A of K Company as the research object, using the process program analysis and logistics route analysis of industrial engineering, the problems existing in the layout of the existing equipment in factory A are analyzed in detail. For example, the complicated process leads to the complexity of the material handling route, the unscientific arrangement of some operation units and some production facilities, and the excessive stagnation and waiting of the upper and lower freight elevators. To solve these problems, the improved SLP method is used to optimize and improve the layout of existing facilities. Combined with the actual situation of the factory, the logistics analysis is focused on the unit with the main logistics, and the product of the distance between the daily handling quantity and the operating unit is used to calculate the material flow. The production service department is different from the production unit, carries on the qualitative close relation analysis. Taking into account the relevance of the operation units, according to the constraints and correction factors of the layout of the existing factory buildings, the regional redistribution and adjustment are carried out, and two sets of options are obtained. The evaluation and reference criteria involved are mainly by the factory director. The section chief and the related production line leader discuss and judge. The objective function model is established for the alternative scheme, and the optimal layout scheme is finally selected. The scientific nature of the new scheme is demonstrated by comparing the system flow moments of the new and the old schemes. Different from the layout design of the new factory, the main purpose of this paper is to improve the layout of the old plant facilities, which can effectively save the material handling cost inside the factory and solve the various bottlenecks caused by the unreasonable layout of the facilities in the production process.
