【摘要】：中央銀行財務指數(shù)是對中央銀行貨幣政策實施總體效果和中央銀行財務運行規(guī)律的直觀反映,編制中央銀行財務指數(shù)對于評價我國貨幣政策效果和進一步揭示央行財務運行與總體經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系具有重要意義。文章系統(tǒng)分析了中央銀行財務指數(shù)編制的基本思路和存在的困難,旨在為編制中央銀行動態(tài)財務指數(shù)提供參考。
[Abstract]:The central bank financial index is an intuitive reflection of the overall effect of the central bank's monetary policy implementation and the central bank's financial operation law. The establishment of the central bank financial index is of great significance for evaluating the effect of monetary policy and further revealing the internal relationship between the financial operation of the central bank and the overall economic development. This paper systematically analyzes the basic ideas and difficulties in the compilation of the central bank's financial index in order to provide a reference for the compilation of the central bank's dynamic financial index.
