【摘要】：隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,國內(nèi)物流行業(yè)迎來高速發(fā)展的黃金期,在物流企業(yè)不斷擴(kuò)張的過程中,融資難成為物流企業(yè)面臨的問題。在國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有的融資環(huán)境下,中小物流企業(yè)面臨著融資困難、融資成本高、融資風(fēng)險大等問題,制約了我國物流行業(yè)的整體發(fā)展。對于物流企業(yè)而言,融資行為會受到外部融資環(huán)境的影響,如何根據(jù)不同的外部融資環(huán)境,選擇最佳的融資方式,是中小物流企業(yè)需要研究和解決的問題。 本文在對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)資本結(jié)構(gòu)研究的理論和研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,從理論角度對中小企業(yè)融資途徑和問題、企業(yè)融資行為和外部融資環(huán)境的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究和論述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究物流公司融資行為,選取S公司為研究對象進(jìn)行實證研究,對S公司在近年來高速發(fā)展的過程中,經(jīng)歷的幾次比較大的融資活動進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹,通過對S公司上述融資行為的背景、決策、實施和影響進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)合理論研究和實證研究的結(jié)果,對國內(nèi)物流企業(yè)募集資金現(xiàn)狀、制約國內(nèi)物流企業(yè)融資的關(guān)鍵因素、外部環(huán)境對國內(nèi)中小物流企業(yè)募集資金的影響進(jìn)行研究,指出國內(nèi)中小物流企業(yè)存在融資難度大、成本高,直接融資途徑有限等困難,其原因在于國內(nèi)存在信貸體系不健全、金融市場不夠完善、相關(guān)法規(guī)缺位、銀行機(jī)構(gòu)布局不合理等問題。通過對制約國內(nèi)物流企業(yè)融資行為的問題進(jìn)行研究,從兩個方面提出了改善中小物流企業(yè)融資環(huán)境的建議,包括健全國內(nèi)信貸體系、發(fā)展多層次的資本市場、健全法律法規(guī)體系等針對政府的建議,和規(guī)范財務(wù)制度、加強(qiáng)核心競爭力建設(shè)、重視企業(yè)信用等針對物流企業(yè)的建議,最后給出了在現(xiàn)有外部環(huán)境下國內(nèi)中小物流企業(yè)的融資路徑選擇。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy, the domestic logistics industry ushered in the golden period of rapid development. In the process of the continuous expansion of logistics enterprises, the difficulty of financing has become a problem faced by logistics enterprises. In the current domestic financing environment, the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises are faced with financing difficulties, high financing costs and large financing risks, which restrict the overall development of the logistics industry in China. For logistics enterprises, financing behavior will be affected by the external financing environment. How to choose the best financing method according to different external financing environment is the problem that small and medium-sized logistics enterprises need to study and solve. On the basis of combing the theories and literatures about capital structure research at home and abroad, this paper studies and discusses the financing ways and problems of SMEs, the relationship between financing behavior and external financing environment in small and medium-sized enterprises from the theoretical point of view. On this basis, this paper studies the financing behavior of logistics companies, selects S company as the research object for empirical research, and introduces in detail several relatively large financing activities experienced by S company in the process of rapid development in recent years. This paper studies the background, decision making, implementation and influence of S Company's above financing behavior. Based on the results of theoretical and empirical studies, this paper studies the current situation of domestic logistics enterprises' raising funds, the key factors restricting the domestic logistics enterprises' financing, and the influence of the external environment on the domestic small and medium-sized logistics enterprises' raising funds. It is pointed out that domestic small and medium-sized logistics enterprises have many difficulties such as high financing difficulty, high cost and limited direct financing ways. The reasons are that the domestic credit system is not perfect, the financial market is not perfect, and the relevant laws and regulations are absent. Unreasonable layout of banking institutions and other issues. Through the research of restricting the financing behavior of domestic logistics enterprises, this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the financing environment of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises from two aspects, including perfecting the domestic credit system and developing multi-level capital market. Perfect the system of laws and regulations and other suggestions for the government, standardize the financial system, strengthen the construction of core competitiveness, attach importance to enterprise credit and other suggestions for logistics enterprises, Finally, the financing path choice of domestic small and medium-sized logistics enterprises under the existing external environment is given.
