【摘要】：隨著中國經濟的快速發(fā)展,為壯大經濟實力,越來越多的企業(yè)以集團公司的形式出現(xiàn),如今已成為我國市場經濟中最為活躍的力量,為社會穩(wěn)定、進步以及為社會財富積累發(fā)揮了重要作用。對于集團公司來說,資金是其發(fā)展過程中最為重要的因素,加強資金管理已經成為集團公司財務管理的核心內容。由于我國集團公司興起時間較短,發(fā)展速度過快、經驗匱乏,因此,在資金管理方面存在一些問題。 本文從探討各種資金管理模式開始,引入集團公司這一組織形式,結合信息系統(tǒng)管理手段,通過J集團公司資金管理案例加以分析,最后根據(jù)J集團公司資金管理現(xiàn)狀,提出資金管理系統(tǒng)設計內容及預期效果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, in order to strengthen the economic strength, more and more enterprises appear in the form of group companies. Now, it has become the most active force in the market economy of our country and has contributed to social stability. Progress and the accumulation of social wealth played an important role. For group company, capital is the most important factor in its development process, and strengthening capital management has become the core content of group company financial management. There are some problems in capital management because of the short rise time of group company in our country, the rapid development and the lack of experience. This paper begins with the discussion of various fund management models, introduces the group company as an organizational form, combines the information system management means, and analyzes the case of fund management of group J company. Finally, according to the current situation of capital management of group J company, The design content and expected effect of fund management system are put forward.
