【摘要】：能源化工產(chǎn)業(yè)作為我國重要的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展基礎性產(chǎn)業(yè)在總體國民經(jīng)濟與地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中具有十分重要的戰(zhàn)略意義和實際價值,不斷加快包括能源化工產(chǎn)業(yè)在內(nèi)的國家重要基礎性經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整,促進產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)布局,提高產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展質(zhì)量和效益已成為順應當前經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型、加快經(jīng)濟增長方式轉(zhuǎn)變、構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展新格局、新優(yōu)勢的市場經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新要求,不斷尋求多樣化、多角度的經(jīng)濟增長路徑,不斷探索、學習國外先進企業(yè)發(fā)展模式并與時俱進地實現(xiàn)結(jié)合創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)成為我國現(xiàn)代大型集團企業(yè)實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)化發(fā)展的重要途徑。創(chuàng)業(yè)投資作為重要且極具潛力的經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域創(chuàng)新發(fā)展模式,在推進經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整、促進產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級、增強自主創(chuàng)新能力、提高經(jīng)濟增長科技含量等方面已經(jīng)顯現(xiàn)出較大的優(yōu)勢和助推作用,創(chuàng)業(yè)投資在我國的發(fā)展在經(jīng)歷了最初的引進起步、初級發(fā)展階段后目前已經(jīng)進入了規(guī)范成長階段,可以說創(chuàng)業(yè)投資在我國眼下正處于較好的發(fā)展機遇期。當前我國市場經(jīng)濟正處于轉(zhuǎn)軌時期,市場發(fā)展的阻力和瓶頸效應更為明顯,工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展與國有企業(yè)二次重組的改革任務艱巨,創(chuàng)業(yè)投資在上述領(lǐng)域的促進與帶動作用已經(jīng)具有了初步的理論依據(jù)支撐和實踐經(jīng)驗驗證。 目前國內(nèi)有關(guān)創(chuàng)業(yè)投資的理論介紹如內(nèi)涵、機制研究,創(chuàng)業(yè)投資制度與法規(guī)體系研究,創(chuàng)業(yè)投資的宏觀發(fā)展對策研究等方面的成果較多,而與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展結(jié)合方面的研究大多數(shù)限于創(chuàng)業(yè)投資與高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)相互作用及方面,專題性的創(chuàng)業(yè)投資與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等方面的研究較少,尤其是關(guān)于創(chuàng)業(yè)投資與能源化工企業(yè)結(jié)合方面的研究在以往的文獻中很少看到,所以在整個理論指導方面與實踐驗證方面還有待于進一步加強和深入,因此本文以創(chuàng)業(yè)投資與國有能源化工集團企業(yè)發(fā)展為結(jié)合點,以ND能源化工集團為背景對象,綜合分析了ND集團實際情況,對其創(chuàng)業(yè)投資現(xiàn)狀進行了研究和分析,并對發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問題提出策略評價研究。而當前隨著市場經(jīng)濟改革深入,我國國有企業(yè)發(fā)展面臨二次發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的問題和困難也較多,為實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟增長的健康性、可持續(xù)性,提升國有企業(yè)尤其是基礎性的能源化工企業(yè)的發(fā)展質(zhì)量與效益,進一步擴大其經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級成效,引導國有能源化工企業(yè)實現(xiàn)更好更快發(fā)展,同時進一步拓寬和加深創(chuàng)業(yè)投資在我國經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域發(fā)展中的應用范圍和作用規(guī)模,尤其創(chuàng)業(yè)投資在能源化工產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中扮演的重要作用,使創(chuàng)業(yè)投資能夠與能源化工企業(yè)的有機結(jié)合提供了思考與參照。 本次研究以基于ANP的ND能源化工集團創(chuàng)業(yè)投資為研究命題,以ND能源化工集團為實證研究對象,結(jié)合創(chuàng)業(yè)投資、ANP分析法等基本理論,在具體分析研究過程中對ND能源化工集團創(chuàng)業(yè)投資發(fā)展存在問題及原因進行了探討,并在上述分析的基礎上運用ANP層次分析法對創(chuàng)業(yè)投資在ND能源化工集團發(fā)展中的影響度、關(guān)聯(lián)性等進行了技術(shù)分析,闡明了進一步擴大創(chuàng)業(yè)投資規(guī)模與效用在ND能源化工集團實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略性發(fā)展、發(fā)展結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級、資源合理配置等方面的重要性,最后根據(jù)上述理論分析與技術(shù)分析的結(jié)論提出了ND能源化工集團創(chuàng)業(yè)投資策略方案的設計思路和具體措施。
[Abstract]:As an important basic industry of economic development in China, the energy and chemical industry plays a very important strategic and practical value in the overall national economy and the local economic development. It is constantly accelerating the strategic adjustment of the important basic economic industries, including the energy and chemical industry, promoting the adjustment of the industrial structure and optimizing the industrial layout. Improving the quality and benefit of the industrial economic development has become to conform to the current economic transformation, speed up the transformation of the economic growth mode, build a new pattern of modern industrial development, new advantages of the new market economy, constantly seek diversification, multi angle economic growth path, constantly explore and learn the development model of advanced foreign enterprises and keep pace with the times. The realization of combining innovation has become an important way to realize the sustainable development of large modern enterprises in China. As an important and potential economic field of innovation and development, venture capital is promoting the strategic adjustment of the economic structure, promoting industrial optimization and upgrading, enhancing the ability of independent innovation, and improving the scientific and technological content of economic growth. The development of venture capital in our country has experienced the initial introduction, and the primary development stage has already entered the standard growth stage. It can be said that the venture capital is in a good period of development at the moment. The resistance and bottleneck effect is more obvious. The reform task of the industrial modernization and the two restructure of the state-owned enterprises is arduous. The promotion and the driving effect of the venture capital in the above fields has already been proved by the preliminary theoretical support and practical experience.
At present, there are many domestic theories about venture capital, such as the connotation, the mechanism research, the research on the system of venture capital and the regulation system, the research on the macro development strategy of the venture capital, and the research on the combination of the industry development is limited to the interaction and the aspects of the venture capital and the high-tech industry, and the thematic Entrepreneurship There are few studies on investment and industrial development, especially the research on the combination of venture capital and energy and chemical enterprises in the previous literature, so it still needs to be further strengthened and in-depth in the whole theoretical guidance and practice verification. Therefore, this article is based on the venture capital and the state-owned energy chemical industry group. The industry development is the combination point, taking ND energy chemical group as the background object, comprehensively analyzing the actual situation of ND group, studying and analyzing the present situation of its venture investment, and putting forward the strategy evaluation research on the existing problems. And with the deepening of the reform of the market economy, the problems in the development of the state-owned enterprises in China are faced with the problems arising from the two development. And more difficulties, in order to realize the health and sustainability of economic growth, improve the quality and benefit of the development of state-owned enterprises, especially basic energy and chemical enterprises, further expand their economic structure adjustment, optimize and upgrade the industry, guide the state-owned energy and chemical enterprises to realize better and faster development, and further broaden and deepen the creation. The application scope and scale of industry investment in the development of China's economic field, especially the important role of venture capital in the development of energy and chemical industry, has provided the thinking and reference for the organic combination of the venture capital and the energy and chemical enterprises.
This study takes the venture investment of ND energy chemical group based on ANP as the research proposition, taking ND energy chemical group as the empirical research object, combining the basic theories of venture capital and ANP analysis, and discusses the problems and reasons for the development of venture capital of ND energy chemical group in the specific analysis and research process, and in the basis of the above analysis. On the base of the ANP analytic hierarchy process, the impact degree and relevance of venture capital in the development of ND energy chemical industry group are analyzed. The importance of further expanding the scale and utility of venture investment in the strategic development of ND energy chemical group, the optimization and upgrading of the structure, the rational allocation of resources, etc. The conclusions of the above theoretical analysis and technical analysis put forward the design ideas and specific measures of ND energy chemical group's venture capital strategy plan.
