中國零售連鎖企業(yè)盈利能力研究

【摘要】:作為我國零售行業(yè)中一種主流商業(yè)模式的零售連鎖行業(yè),在經(jīng)歷了多年的發(fā)展后,已具有自己的規(guī)模與特色。但是,近幾年來,由于受到國內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟環(huán)境變化的影響,中國零售連鎖行業(yè)壓力倍增。由于宏觀經(jīng)濟的不確定性,企業(yè)還面臨著利潤空間持續(xù)縮小、消費者數(shù)量減少、新興零售模式的沖擊等各種壓力。提高企業(yè)的盈利能力已經(jīng)成為我國零售連鎖企業(yè)的一個重要任務(wù)。 進行中國零售連鎖企業(yè)的盈利能力研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義?v觀國內(nèi)外對企業(yè)盈利能力的研究,多集中于研究企業(yè)盈利能力評價方面,而對盈利能力的影響因素研究不多。本文從評價與影響因素相結(jié)合的角度對中國零售連鎖行業(yè)的盈利能力進行研究分析,以其能為零售連鎖行業(yè)在提高盈利能力方面提供一定的思路與或參考。在國內(nèi),學者們由于研究數(shù)據(jù)采集方面的原因,對研究數(shù)據(jù)采集難度大的未上市零售連鎖企業(yè)盈利能力研究相對較少。本文以一家未上市的零售連鎖企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)為分析樣本,對其盈利能力進行分析,試圖從中國零售連鎖企業(yè)盈利能力近況出發(fā),結(jié)合實際案例進行分析,并提出相關(guān)對策與建議。這不僅能夠為我國零售連鎖企業(yè)如何提升盈利能力提供參考,而且對我國零售連鎖企業(yè)加強內(nèi)部管理、提高競爭能力、完善零售連鎖業(yè)市場體系具有實際意義。 本文一共分為五個章節(jié)。其中,緒論部分主要介紹了本文的寫作背景、研究思路與方法;第二章主要闡述本文的相關(guān)理論與專業(yè)名詞的基本內(nèi)涵;第三章分析并總結(jié)了零售連鎖行業(yè)的特點、影響因素等問題;第四章為案例分析。本章主要是使用多種分析法對案例進行分析與評價;最后是本文的結(jié)論與對策部分,除了對本文進行歸納總結(jié)外,還提出了如何提高盈利能力的相關(guān)對策與方法。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于:一是從宏觀、微觀兩個方面對企業(yè)盈利能力進行了綜合研究;二是本文在案例選取上,使用未上市的企業(yè)進行分析,拓展了研究領(lǐng)域。但由于數(shù)據(jù)收集困難,本文僅使用了三年的數(shù)據(jù)進行對比分析。并且本文研究也只能從盈利能力的角度來反映企業(yè)狀況,使得文章觀點難免有一定的局限性。
[Abstract]:Retail chain industry, as a mainstream business model in retail industry of our country, has its own scale and characteristics after years of development. However, in recent years, the pressure of China's retail chain industry has doubled due to changes in the economic environment at home and abroad. Due to the uncertainty of the macro economy, enterprises are also faced with various pressures, such as shrinking profit space, decreasing the number of consumers and the impact of new retail models. Improving the profitability of enterprises has become an important task of retail chain enterprises in China. It is of great practical significance to study the profitability of Chinese retail chain enterprises. Throughout the domestic and foreign research on the profitability of enterprises, most of them focus on the evaluation of corporate profitability, but few on the factors affecting profitability. This paper studies and analyzes the profitability of retail chain industry in China from the angle of combination of evaluation and influencing factors, so as to provide some ideas and references for the retail chain industry to improve its profitability. In China, for the reasons of data acquisition, there are few researches on the profitability of unlisted retail chain enterprises which are difficult to collect data. Based on the data of an unlisted retail chain enterprise, this paper analyzes the profitability of an unlisted retail chain enterprise, and attempts to analyze the profitability of a retail chain enterprise in China, combining with a practical case, and puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions. This can not only provide a reference for our country's retail chain enterprises how to improve their profitability, but also have practical significance for our country's retail chain enterprises to strengthen internal management, improve their competitiveness, and improve the retail chain industry market system. This paper is divided into five chapters. Among them, the introduction part mainly introduces the writing background, research ideas and methods of this paper; the second chapter mainly describes the basic connotation of relevant theories and professional nouns; the third chapter analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of retail chain industry. The fourth chapter is the case study. This chapter mainly uses a variety of analytical methods to analyze and evaluate cases. Finally, the conclusions and countermeasures of this paper, in addition to the summary of this paper, also put forward how to improve the profitability of the relevant countermeasures and methods. The innovation of this paper lies in: first, the comprehensive study of the profitability of enterprises from the macro and micro aspects; second, in the case selection, the use of unlisted enterprises to analyze, expand the research field. However, due to the difficulty of data collection, this paper uses only three years of data for comparative analysis. And this study can only reflect the situation of enterprises from the perspective of profitability, which makes the article point of view inevitably have some limitations.
