【摘要】:近年來,隨著能源經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展和電力產(chǎn)業(yè)改革的逐步深入,發(fā)電企業(yè)面臨著前所未有的市場機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。2002年,為打破電網(wǎng)的垂直一體化壟斷模式,我國實行“廠網(wǎng)分離,競價上網(wǎng)”的電力體制改革,目前已形成了五大發(fā)電集團、外資企業(yè)、地方等多家辦電市場競爭的格局,這次改革促進電力行業(yè)邁向更加發(fā)展健康、公平有序的電力市場環(huán)境。發(fā)電企業(yè)的競爭趨向激烈、透明。研究適應(yīng)新形勢的科學管理技術(shù)與方法,與電力企業(yè)具體實踐有機結(jié)合,合理安排大修項目進度,綜合考慮檢修進度管理與成本管理問題,構(gòu)建雙重優(yōu)化的科學管理模式,以保證發(fā)電設(shè)備安全、經(jīng)濟運行,企業(yè)提高設(shè)備使用率與運營水平,縮短工期、提高效率、節(jié)約成本、降低風險,成為電力企業(yè)需要迫切解決的一項重要課題。 本論文首先闡述了發(fā)電機組檢修的基本概念,以及項目進度管理和項目成本管理的基本理論。其次針對T電力公司機組檢修進度計劃現(xiàn)狀,對T電力公司機組檢修各模塊,包括檢修項目管理模式、檢修項目進度管理、檢修項目成本管理、檢修項目安全管理、檢修項目質(zhì)量管理五個方面給出了詳細的問題診斷與原因分析;谝陨犀F(xiàn)狀及問題研究,本文重點提出了基于掙得值法的機組檢修進度與成本優(yōu)化模型。綜合以上研究,提出T電力公司的機組狀態(tài)檢修的管理和費用制度,為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運營以及提高企業(yè)綜合經(jīng)濟效益構(gòu)建了保障體系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of energy economy and the deepening of electric power industry reform, power generation enterprises are facing unprecedented market opportunities and challenges. The electric power system reform of "bidding for the Internet" has now formed a pattern of competition among five major power generation groups, foreign-funded enterprises, local governments, and so on. This reform has promoted the electric power industry to move towards a more healthy, fair and orderly electricity market environment. The competition of power generation enterprises tends to be fierce and transparent. This paper studies the scientific management techniques and methods adapted to the new situation, organically combines with the specific practice of electric power enterprises, reasonably arranges the schedule of overhaul projects, synthetically considers the maintenance schedule management and cost management, and constructs a dual optimized scientific management model. In order to ensure the safety and economic operation of power generation equipment, improve the utilization rate and operation level of equipment, shorten the time limit, improve efficiency, save cost and reduce risks, it has become an important issue that electric power enterprises need to solve urgently. In this paper, the basic concepts of generator maintenance, the basic theory of project schedule management and project cost management are introduced. Secondly, according to the current situation of the maintenance schedule of T power company, every module of unit maintenance in T power company, including maintenance project management mode, maintenance project schedule management, maintenance project cost management, maintenance project safety management, The problem diagnosis and cause analysis are given in five aspects of maintenance project quality management. Based on the above research, this paper puts forward an optimal model of maintenance schedule and cost based on earned value method. On the basis of the above research, this paper puts forward the management and cost system of unit condition maintenance in T Power Company, which establishes the guarantee system for the production and operation of the enterprise and the improvement of the comprehensive economic benefit of the enterprise.
