【摘要】：文章以2011年河北省45家上市公司為樣本,對(duì)上市公司內(nèi)部控制信息披露影響因素進(jìn)行了研究,并提出7個(gè)假設(shè),針對(duì)提出的假設(shè)進(jìn)行多元線性回歸分析,分析結(jié)果表明:上市時(shí)間長短、是否披露社會(huì)責(zé)任報(bào)告以及上市地點(diǎn)對(duì)內(nèi)部控制信息披露水平存在顯著影響,是河北省上市公司內(nèi)部控制信息披露的主要影響因素。
[Abstract]:Taking 45 listed companies in Hebei Province as a sample in 2011, this paper studies the influencing factors of internal control information disclosure of listed companies, and puts forward seven hypotheses, and carries out multivariate linear regression analysis for the proposed assumptions. The results show that the length of the listing time, whether or not to disclose the social responsibility report and the location of the listing have a significant impact on the level of internal control information disclosure, which are the main factors affecting the disclosure of internal control information of listed companies in Hebei Province.
