【摘要】：本文以深圳披露會計基礎工作規(guī)范自查和整改報告的81家上市公司為研究樣本,分析了會計基礎工作規(guī)范的影響因素。結果發(fā)現(xiàn):公司高管的經濟管理背景、企業(yè)規(guī)模和獨董比例是其主要影響因素。為此,可以在講授《基礎會計》時將常見會計基礎規(guī)范問題提出來,將會計基礎工作規(guī)范滲透到日常的專業(yè)課程教學之中。不論是在中專、高職教育,還是本科教育,都應該加強會計基礎工作規(guī)范的教育。
[Abstract]:This paper takes 81 listed companies that disclose the accounting basis work standard self-inspection and rectification report as the research sample, analyzes the influence factors of the accounting basic work standard. The results show that the economic management background, the size of the firm and the proportion of directors alone are the main influencing factors. In order to solve this problem, we can put forward the problems of basic accounting standard in the course of teaching basic accounting, and infiltrate the standard of basic accounting work into the daily teaching of professional courses. No matter in technical secondary school, higher vocational education, or undergraduate education, we should strengthen the standard education of accounting basic work.
