【摘要】：機(jī)械設(shè)備制造業(yè)是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱，，面對(duì)復(fù)雜多變的國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)形勢(shì)，機(jī)械行業(yè)仍然實(shí)現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)兩旺和效益的平穩(wěn)較快增長(zhǎng)。但是行業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境的不確定性仍然較大，國(guó)家宏觀調(diào)控政策加快了機(jī)械制造企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)步伐，加上金融危機(jī)的余波未止，機(jī)械設(shè)備業(yè)企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展之路必然路途漫漫，遍布荊棘，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)重重。怎樣發(fā)現(xiàn)、控制機(jī)械制造類(lèi)公司的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)就成為一個(gè)課題，機(jī)械制造類(lèi)公司的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警研究就變得有所必要，本文在考慮了地區(qū)的機(jī)械企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況，選擇江蘇Y機(jī)械制造公司作為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)其財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警進(jìn)行研究。 本文研究了江蘇Y機(jī)械制造公司的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警及防范，對(duì)非上市類(lèi)公司財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的預(yù)警和防范有著重要的意義。首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的研究狀況進(jìn)行了闡述。其次在介紹了財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)機(jī)械制造類(lèi)公司的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)狀況進(jìn)行了分析。再次從公司環(huán)境、財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表的會(huì)計(jì)分析和財(cái)務(wù)分析的角度對(duì)江蘇Y機(jī)械設(shè)備制造公司的財(cái)務(wù)管理狀況進(jìn)行了分析，并分析了存在財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的原因。然后選取了107家專(zhuān)用通用設(shè)備制造公司為樣本進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究，并對(duì)其結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了江蘇Y機(jī)械制造公司的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)。最后針對(duì)江蘇Y機(jī)械制造公司的實(shí)際情況，在實(shí)證研究建立預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上，從制度、機(jī)制、體系和資產(chǎn)資本結(jié)構(gòu)上提出了財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警順利實(shí)施和防范財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的建議。
[Abstract]:The machinery and equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar of our national economy. In the face of the complicated and changeable international and domestic situation, the machinery industry has still achieved a steady and rapid growth of both production and sales and benefit. However, the uncertainty of the industry development environment is still greater, the national macro-control policies have accelerated the pace of transformation and upgrading of mechanical manufacturing enterprises, and the aftermath of the financial crisis has not stopped, the road of transformation and development of mechanical and equipment enterprises is bound to be long. All over the thorns, the risk is heavy. How to find out, how to control the financial risk of the mechanical manufacturing company becomes a topic, and it becomes necessary to study the financial risk early warning of the mechanical manufacturing company. This paper considers the actual situation of the mechanical enterprise in the region. Jiangsu Y Machinery Manufacturing Company is chosen as the research object to study its financial risk early warning. This paper studies the early warning and prevention of financial risk in Jiangsu Y Machinery Manufacturing Company, which is of great significance to the warning and prevention of financial risk of unlisted companies. Firstly, the research status of financial risk at home and abroad is expounded. Secondly, on the basis of introducing the theory of financial risk, the paper analyzes the financial risk of mechanical manufacturing companies. Thirdly, from the angle of company environment, accounting analysis of financial statements and financial analysis, this paper analyzes the financial management situation of Jiangsu Y Machinery and equipment Manufacturing Company, and analyzes the reasons for the existence of financial risks. Then 107 special general equipment manufacturing companies are selected for empirical research, and the results are analyzed. Based on this, the financial risk early warning system of Jiangsu Y Machinery Manufacturing Company is constructed. Finally, according to the actual situation of Jiangsu Y Machinery Manufacturing Company, on the basis of empirical research and establishment of early warning system, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the smooth implementation of financial risk early warning and prevention of financial risk from the aspects of system, mechanism, system and capital structure of assets.
