海爾集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)管理模式及其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)分析

【摘要】:本文研究的是集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)模式對(duì)提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的作用。本文以財(cái)務(wù)模式、商業(yè)模式與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)之間關(guān)系理論為研究依據(jù),把商業(yè)模式引入財(cái)務(wù)模式,建立以技術(shù)資本為核心的集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)管理模式,從而為企業(yè)帶來競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)及不斷變化的商業(yè)環(huán)境,,如網(wǎng)絡(luò)商業(yè)(線上買賣)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)(線下買賣)而言,具有其獨(dú)特的生命力和強(qiáng)大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,給傳統(tǒng)模式帶來了巨大挑戰(zhàn)。促使人們開始研究生產(chǎn)方式和生活方式的變化,企業(yè)如何獲得持久的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,擁有核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)能力作為企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的基礎(chǔ),研究財(cái)務(wù)管理模式在如今這個(gè)多變經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的非常必要。本文以海爾集團(tuán)為例,對(duì)以集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)管理作為核心的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)商業(yè)模式進(jìn)行了探討。 本文的內(nèi)容主要包括六部分。第一部分為緒論,介紹了本文選題的背景,研究的對(duì)象、目的、內(nèi)容、方法以及意義。第二部分主要闡述有關(guān)集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)管理模式、商業(yè)模式及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力優(yōu)勢(shì)的相關(guān)理論及文獻(xiàn)。第三部分闡述了海爾集團(tuán)的財(cái)務(wù)管理現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題。第四部分和第五部分是本文的核心內(nèi)容,第四部分闡述了海爾集團(tuán)的財(cái)務(wù)公司模式、財(cái)務(wù)管理機(jī)制及其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。第五部分探討建立以技術(shù)資本為核心的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)財(cái)務(wù)模式以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)財(cái)務(wù)模式在海爾集團(tuán)的應(yīng)用研究。在本部分,首先介紹了海爾集團(tuán)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新以及產(chǎn)品研發(fā)狀況,然后對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力優(yōu)勢(shì)的財(cái)務(wù)源泉進(jìn)行了分析,其次分析了以技術(shù)資本為核心的財(cái)務(wù)管理模式的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),最后從技術(shù)人員以及技術(shù)研發(fā)支出兩個(gè)方面分析了技術(shù)資本在海爾集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)模式中的應(yīng)用。第六部分為本文的結(jié)論以及提出的建議。即對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié),并有重點(diǎn)地提出了相應(yīng)的建議,以期對(duì)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)模式的發(fā)展有所幫助。 本文研究的成果: 1、對(duì)企業(yè)集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)管理模式與企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的聯(lián)系做一個(gè)的闡述。商業(yè)模式是連接資源投入和價(jià)值產(chǎn)出的橋梁,最重要的用就是實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)贏利,進(jìn)而達(dá)到企業(yè)價(jià)值的最大化。研究企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)模式及其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,就是為了實(shí)現(xiàn)資本增值,而成功的商業(yè)模式是資本增值的橋梁。 2、豐富企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)模式的理論內(nèi)容。把技術(shù)資本引入財(cái)務(wù)管理模式,將豐富財(cái)務(wù)理論的內(nèi)涵和外延,使要素資本與財(cái)務(wù)管理相結(jié)合,探索新的財(cái)務(wù)模式。 本文研究的創(chuàng)新之處: 本文試圖將企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、商業(yè)模式引入財(cái)務(wù)管理模式之中,并將企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理模式與核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力之間的關(guān)系聯(lián)系起來,找到新的財(cái)務(wù)管理模式。對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新視角的企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)模式的研究及其財(cái)務(wù)管理模式在企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了探索。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the role of group financial model in improving the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the theory of the relationship between financial model, business model and competitive advantage, this paper introduces the business model into the financial model, and establishes the group financial management model with technical capital as the core, thus bringing the competitive advantage to the enterprise. With the rapid development of science and technology, technological innovation, Internet and changing business environment, such as online commerce (online trading), has its unique vitality and strong competitiveness for traditional commerce (offline trading). It presents a great challenge to the traditional model. People begin to study the change of production mode and life style, how to obtain the lasting competition ability and have the core competitive advantage. As the foundation of enterprise's core competence, it is necessary to study the financial management mode in this changing economic era. Taking Haier Group as an example, this paper discusses the competitive advantage business model with financial management as the core. The content of this paper mainly includes six parts. The first part is introduction, which introduces the background, object, purpose, content, method and significance of this paper. The second part mainly expatiates the related theories and literature about group financial management mode, business model and competitive advantage. The third part describes the current situation of Haier Group's financial management and the existing problems. The fourth part and the fifth part are the core contents of this paper. The fourth part expounds the Haier Group's financial company model, financial management mechanism and its competitiveness. The fifth part discusses the establishment of competitive financial model with technology capital as the core and the application of competitive financial model in Haier Group. In this part, we first introduce the technological innovation and product research and development of Haier Group, then analyze the financial source of competitive advantage, and then analyze the competitive advantage of financial management mode with technology capital as the core. Finally, the application of technical capital in Haier Group's financial model is analyzed from two aspects: technical personnel and R & D expenditure. The sixth part is the conclusion and suggestion of this paper. That is to sum up the full text, and put forward the corresponding suggestions in order to help the development of enterprise financial model. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Expound the relationship between the financial management mode of enterprise group and the core competence of enterprise. Business model is the bridge between resource input and value output. The most important use is to realize the profit of the enterprise and then to maximize the value of the enterprise. The study of enterprise financial model and its competitiveness is to achieve capital appreciation, and successful business model is the bridge of capital appreciation. Second, enrich the theoretical content of enterprise financial model. Introducing technical capital into financial management mode will enrich the connotation and extension of financial theory, combine factor capital with financial management, and explore new financial model. The innovations of this paper are as follows: This paper attempts to introduce the competitive advantage theory and business model into the financial management model, and to find a new financial management model by connecting the relationship between the enterprise financial management model and the core competitiveness. This paper probes into the research of enterprise financial model from the perspective of technological innovation and the application of financial management mode in enterprise.
