【摘要】：正財(cái)會(huì)[2013]12號各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市、計(jì)劃單列市財(cái)政廳(局),新疆生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)局:為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)省級以下財(cái)政部門會(huì)計(jì)管理工作(包括市、縣、區(qū)等財(cái)政部門會(huì)計(jì)管理工作),提高基層會(huì)計(jì)管理水平,充分發(fā)揮會(huì)計(jì)職能作用,推動(dòng)基層會(huì)計(jì)工作更好地服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,我們研究制定了《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)基層會(huì)計(jì)管理工作的指導(dǎo)意見》�，F(xiàn)印發(fā)你們,請認(rèn)真組織實(shí)施。附件:關(guān)于加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)基層會(huì)計(jì)管理工作的指導(dǎo)意見
