【摘要】：隨著現代社會對工程項目的速度和效率要求的不斷提升,工程項目的復雜度在逐漸增加,并且由于工程項目管理的特殊性——施工現場與辦公室之間存在時間與空間代溝,以及人工采集數據方式,導致工程項目失敗率逐年增長。面對工程項目管理中越來越多的不確定性與越來越高的復雜度與失敗率,傳統(tǒng)項目管理方法與技術逐漸失去了原來所具有的效能。 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)技術,是一種依靠無線射頻的無需直接接觸的自動識別技術,該技術在物流領域應用廣泛,并逐漸應用于各個行業(yè)。隨著RFID技術在工程領域的應用,其對工程項目中個件層(人員、材料、設備)數據的實時采集,彌補了工程項目所存在的時間與空間代溝,提高了數據來源的精確度,促進了工程項目管理的精細化。 為此,本文考慮通過將RFID技術嵌入到工程項目WBS(工作分解結構)最底層WP(工作包)的資源要素(人員-材料-設備),并建立WBS各層級的掙值指標體系,實現對WBS各層級的實時、精準監(jiān)控,通過技術與管理方法相結合的方式彌補傳統(tǒng)掙值法的不足,達到對項目的實時精細化控制。 本論文所提出的方法能夠優(yōu)化傳統(tǒng)掙值方法,具有數據來源實時精確、項目控制精細化的特點,能夠提供更多的原因分析信息,改善了項目成本-進度監(jiān)控水平,為現代工程項目實際管理提供了借鑒與依據。
[Abstract]:With the requirement of modern society the speed and efficiency of project of continuous improvement, project complexity increases gradually, and because of the existence of space and time gap between special construction site and office of project management, and manual data collection, resulting in project failure rate increased year by year. Facing project management the more uncertainty and increasing complexity and failure rate, and the traditional method of project management has gradually lost the original performance.
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology is a kind of rely on radio frequency without direct contact automatic identification technology, this technology is widely used in the field of logistics, and gradually applied to various industries. With the application of RFID technology in the field of engineering, the engineering project in a layer (personnel, materials, equipment) in real time data acquisition, time and space to make up for the gap existing projects, improve the accuracy of the data sources, to promote the refinement of project management.
To this end, we consider the RFID technology into the project WBS (work breakdown structure) of the bottom WP (work package) of the resources (personnel - materials - equipment), all levels of WBS earned value index system and the establishment of WBS, the level of real-time, accurate monitoring, through lack of technology and management through the way of combining the traditional earned value method, to achieve real-time fine control of the project.
The proposed method can optimize the traditional earned value method, with accurate real-time data sources, project control detailed characteristics, can provide more analysis information, improve the project cost progressmonitoring level, provides reference and basis for the modern project management.
