【摘要】：正隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)繼續(xù)深入地向前發(fā)展,農(nóng)業(yè)增效、農(nóng)民增收這兩個(gè)目標(biāo)日益凸顯。由于農(nóng)業(yè)類(lèi)上市公司作為農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展實(shí)力的風(fēng)向標(biāo),對(duì)于促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)增效、農(nóng)民增收具有重大的實(shí)際意義,因此對(duì)于農(nóng)業(yè)類(lèi)上市公司績(jī)效的研究日益成為學(xué)者們研究的熱點(diǎn)�；诖�,本文將利用因子分析的方法,建立相應(yīng)的指標(biāo)體系,以期找到影響農(nóng)業(yè)類(lèi)上市公司盈利能力的主要因子,并作出相關(guān)分析,希望對(duì)提高農(nóng)業(yè)類(lèi)上市公司的盈利能力具有一定的借鑒意義。一、研究設(shè)計(jì)(一)樣本選取及數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源根據(jù)新浪財(cái)經(jīng)網(wǎng)披露的數(shù)據(jù),并依據(jù)證監(jiān)會(huì)發(fā)布的《上市公司行業(yè)分類(lèi)指引》目錄,截止2011年
[Abstract]:With the further development of economy in our country, the two goals of increasing agricultural efficiency and increasing farmers' income are becoming more and more prominent.As agricultural listed companies are the vane of agricultural and rural economic development strength, it is of great practical significance to promote agricultural efficiency and increase farmers' income.Therefore, the research on the performance of agricultural listed companies has become a hot spot of scholars.Based on this, this paper will use the method of factor analysis, set up the corresponding index system, in order to find out the main factors that affect the profitability of agricultural listed companies, and make relevant analysis.Hope to improve the profitability of agricultural listed companies have a certain reference significance.1. Research design (1) sample selection and data sources disclosed according to Sina Caijing net, and according to the catalogue of Industry Classification guidelines for listed companies issued by the Securities Regulatory Commission, as of 2011
