【摘要】：中小企業(yè)已經(jīng)成為促進(jìn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的一支重要力量,但融資困境一直是制約我國中小企業(yè)發(fā)展的”瓶頸”。受全球金融危機(jī)的影響,中小企業(yè)融資困境再度成為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中一個(gè)極為緊迫的問題。為了緩解中小企業(yè)的融資困難問題,銀行也與政府部門合作,創(chuàng)新信貸模式、加大服務(wù)范圍,加大了對(duì)中小企業(yè)的金融支持。為支持泉州中小體育休閑用品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展,泉州地方政府在《福建省泉州市金融服務(wù)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合改革試驗(yàn)區(qū)總體方案》等地方方案的指導(dǎo)下,也積極制定和實(shí)施了一系列政策以緩解泉州中小體育休閑用品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的融資困境困境。但是,如何在新形勢(shì)下如何進(jìn)一步解決泉州中小體育休閑用品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展將極具理論和實(shí)踐意義。首先,本文在提出問題部分,分析當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下泉州中小體育休閑用品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)融資困境問題的現(xiàn)狀及當(dāng)前形勢(shì)的傳統(tǒng)融資方式的局限性,進(jìn)而提出論文研究主題、研究方法和研究思路,為全文的寫作提供整體思路。第二部分是理論基礎(chǔ)部分。這部分主要是包括體育休閑業(yè)、中小企業(yè)融資困境問題等理論研究現(xiàn)狀,為本文理論分析的拓展和現(xiàn)實(shí)應(yīng)用分析的展開提供理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分是分析問題部分。在這一部分,首先分析當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下泉州中小體育休閑用品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)融資困境現(xiàn)狀并從理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)兩個(gè)角度分析泉州中小體育休閑用品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)融資困境的現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)而總結(jié)當(dāng)前解決泉州中小體育休閑用品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)融資困境問題的主要思路,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出傳統(tǒng)融資方式的局限性。第四部分是解決問題部分。結(jié)合泉州中小體育休閑用品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)融資困境問題的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)原因,針對(duì)性地提出解決該問題的理論路徑和現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑,其中現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑方面重點(diǎn)從政府、信貸機(jī)構(gòu)以及企業(yè)自身三個(gè)維度重點(diǎn)分析。第五部分是利用問卷分析進(jìn)一步探討泉州中小體育休閑用品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)融資困境問題解決路徑的可實(shí)踐性,并對(duì)論文的相關(guān)觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)和分析�？傊�,本文在對(duì)中小體育用品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的融資困境問題的基本情況進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,利用信息不對(duì)稱理論、信貸配給理論、信貸缺口理論、交易成本理論以及信用關(guān)系理論分析中小企業(yè)融資困境的理論根源,并從中小企業(yè)擔(dān)保體系、政策法規(guī)以及金融體系等方面分析泉州中小體育休閑用品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)融資困境的現(xiàn)實(shí)原因�；谏鲜龇治�,本文進(jìn)一步總結(jié)出泉州中小體育休閑用品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)融資困境的傳統(tǒng)解決路徑,具體來說主要包括基于信用擔(dān)保理論的對(duì)策、基于融資優(yōu)序和企業(yè)金融成長(zhǎng)周期理論的對(duì)策、基于關(guān)系型貸款理論的對(duì)策以及基于供應(yīng)鏈信貸和集群融資理論的對(duì)策。基于上述理論,政府、銀行以及企業(yè)三方之間各司其職,并通過采取財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼、銀行創(chuàng)新貸款、企業(yè)自身信用借款等成為泉州中小體育休閑用品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的融資方式。然而,傳統(tǒng)融資方式有其自身的限制和不足,尤其是在授信方式、融資對(duì)象以及擔(dān)保方式等方面。接著,本文在對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)保貸款基本情況予以介紹的基礎(chǔ)上,分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)保貸款的理論根源,并利用比問卷分析法分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)保貸款相比于傳統(tǒng)的融資方式的優(yōu)勢(shì),從而論證其作為解決中小企業(yè)融資困境問題的有效性,為泉州中小體育休閑用品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)解決融資困境問題提供了一定的解決思路。
[Abstract]:The small and medium-sized enterprises have become the promotion of China's economic development and social stability of an important force, but the financing difficulty has been restricting the development of SMEs "bottleneck". Affected by the global financial crisis, the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises once again China's economic development has become an extremely urgent problem. In order to alleviate the financing difficulties the problem of small and medium enterprises, the bank is also working with government departments, credit innovation, increase the scope of services, increase financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on the above analysis, this paper further summarizes the traditional path to solve the dilemma of Quanzhou small and medium-sized sports leisure products production enterprises, specifically including the Countermeasures of credit guarantee based on the theory of pecking order and financial growth cycle theory based on the countermeasures, countermeasures based on relationship lending theory and based on Strategy of supply chain credit and cluster financing theory. Based on the above theory, the government, banks and enterprises of the three party Among their duties, and through financial subsidies, bank innovation loan, enterprise credit loan has become the Quanzhou small and medium-sized sports leisure products production enterprises financing. However, the traditional mode of financing has its own limitations and shortcomings, especially in credit mode, financing object and the way of security. Then, this paper introduced the basic in the basic situation of the loan network security, analyzes theoretical basis for network guaranteed loans, and the loan compared to the traditional network analysis than the questionnaire analysis method of financing advantages, so as to demonstrate its effectiveness in solving the SMEs financing difficulty, provide some solutions for the Quanzhou small and medium-sized sports leisure products production enterprises to solve the financing difficult problem.
